Such a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Booked very last minute as spur of the moment, they supported us with providing valet parking and updates about a fiesta in the square that may impact our stay. We joined the party and there was no issues. Cute, spacious rooms with good facilities. Right in the heart of the town! So great!

The property was very charming and centrally located. The breakfast buffet option is worth considering as well.

Huge concert in front of the hotel and the windows and walls rattled till 4am. Never stay there if they have some celebration. That room should have been put out of service during this night!

Best location in this beautiful Town, at Plaza Major and next to the cathedral. Very affordable. We are very happy with our stay. The parking service was excellent.

Location was ideal for sightseeing. Bells were quite loud (only from midnight to 7am were they not ringing). Our suite was quaint, but the double shower was not well conceived. Should have had soap dispenser on both sides. Wooden slates did make me lose my bar soap. Would stay again.

It was a nice room in a hotel right by the main square. However it was a bit dated and the room had weird dimensions and structural elements such as columns.

The location and staff were great. The hotel itself could do with quite a bit of renovation.

Excellent customer service at the front desk, the brekfast room, and the parking garage. Very quiet at night, although the hotel was full. Very clean. Very confortable bed. Shower system with rainfall, jets, and handheld shower. Views from the balcony of the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor. Can’t ask for more.

Excellent antique hotel. Very cozy, not big but the service and quality is excellent! Very comfy beds and extremely clean! Breakfast was excellent..the entire staff was wonderful including Angela and Vanesa. Bilingual and professional. Excellent housecleaning! Right on the Plaza Mayor Square! Will stay again.

For a 3star hotel it was fine. Room was a bit small but had all the essentials and breakfast was mediocre. But it was just what we needed and the location was excellent.

This hotel has a great location on the plaza major and the rooms are very nice. We stayed in the suite this time and it was lovely and the water for the double showers was always plenty hot.

Their staff is great, but there are better options in Segovia. This place needs to be renovated.

This hotel needs lots of reno… apparently we came during a busy season in February, no idea. The only room worth it here is the superior room, which is NEVER available. Otherwise you are stuck with the standard room box. The hair dryer sucks, is stuck to the wall. I will only recommend the 3 only rooms that are nice in here and they are the Superior.

Perfect location, a bit hard to get to

Chosen due to its location half way between Aqueducto and Alcazar. Take a bus or taxi to Aqueducto if you have small luggage as it is easy walk through mainly pedestrian streets to Plaza Mayor. My room was on the top floor with great views across to the Town Hall and Cathedral. Worth paying extra for. Also has recently been refurbished in a tranquil style...other rooms are also undergoing refurbishment. Generous room amenities ( better than many 4 stars) great housekeeping and a simple breakfast with a wonderful breakfast lady who was so helpful. The stay was not perfect but the value offered for the $ here was so good it swayed my review. Make sure you check out the beautiful old staircase... a pleasure to use instead of the lift.

Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and nice. The hotel is right on the town square, so easily within walking distance of all the major sites I wanted to see. First time in Segovia but not in Spain, we had a previous trip shortened the year before and had to cancel out Segovia days. This time around went spent three days at the hotel right on the Plaza Mayor and glad we choose this option. Very well located near the center of all shopping, dining and attractions in the old town area and easy cab pickup/drop off for the high speed train to Madrid. Very good value for the price and the breakfast buffet is one of the best we have had in our many travels and stays in Spain! Graciela was handled the chef, hostess and cleanup duties…very attentive and friendly! A warm smile to start your day. Great service at reception, depending on who you get…

A beautiful, interesting city, we knew as we arrived we would want to stay longer than planned. The hotel is well located on Plaza Mayor- disappointingly, our view out from the Familiar room - the only 1 offered when we booked - was on the side so mainly roofs with a sideways view of the Cathedral. Thankfully, the bells stopped after 11:00PM at night (we are usually easily disturbed), so we could have window open. We slept well - as weather rainy and cool. Did not have the usual stuffy experience (there were air con controls not sure if working or not) Room clean and comfortable, albeit, as the room is in the roof only half is full height. I'm 6'2" so hit my head a few times moving around the end of the bed. Even my wife had a few problems. Shower and bath are in the sloping part of the roof so it cannot go high enough. Didn't try hotel breakfast, but a cafe (La Colonial) 100 metres around the corner better met our needs (for less than half the price). Driving in, you have to pass signs indicating no access. Insufficient space to unload so ended up double parking which was not good! Valet parking arrangements (they coped with right hand drive hybrid) worked well – I don't know where you'd park otherwise. Staff welcoming friendly and helpful (arguably not enough available at peak check in times). Water in the room, a nice touch. Had to hunt for the room safe and then the key - a bit on the small side. Good map provided to help us navigate around.
