Convenient for our trip. But…had a couple of issues with room. Hair dryer did not work. Toilet ran unless you manually opened the tank and fixed it.
Was clean and quiet but could have done better.

The lady works at the front desk is very nice, helpful and efficient.
Room is a bit outdated but comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good. They keep the dining area clean and refill the food very often for freshness.

Very nice staff person. He had just dealt with a very rude and demanding person in front of me. He greeted me with a smile, we talked about how he was celebrating Thanksgiving with his family. I asked for some dinner recommendations which he provided. And they have really good hot chocolate at the front desk.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was right next to the freeway & highway that led straight to Solvang in 3 miles. The complimentary breakfast was ample and filling.

Desk person Sara was great. Very friendly, professional, efficient and most of all welcoming with sincerity. She showed hospitality which has become a lost art in so many hotels these days. Thank goodness it’s still around with Sara

Really enjoyed our stay!! We were only passing through doing some things along the central coast, so we needed to be choosy. The hotel was the perfect choice and perfect location in Buellton. The front desk staff was amazing and helpful. He had an easy checkin and the room was comfortable, clean and ready to go when we got there. We will defintiely stay here again if we are in that same pjlace!

An ok place to stay, room small and sink outside of the bathroom which I do not like.However the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Would stop the free breakfast and lower the price a bit.

The reception staff welcomed us warmly for our return stay. The late registration gave us a chance to arrive after dinner. Our room was excellent. The morning staff listened patiently and took notes as I mentioned a few minor maintenance issues the room will need soon.

Good hotel with lots of food places and petrol stations near. Close to Solvang which is a lovely place to visit if you can! Staff were friendly and room was a good size. Parking was great too.

We had a 2 night stay here. Hotel was very clean, staff very nice and full breakfast buffet with hot breakfast that was delicious. Hotel was very close to freeway off ramp and entrance. Our only complaint is that we got room 301 and it was near the freeway. So it was very loud all night because the freeway was so close. We didn't think of asking for another room. Overall, I would stay here again, in a different room of course.

OVERALL EVERYTHING ABOUT THE STAY WAS GREAT, EXCEPT THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. IT’S NEAR THE FREEWAY, I ABLE TO HEAR EVERY SINGLE CAR DRIVING BY, NOISY

By far one of the best nights sleep I've ever had! We stopped here on our way home from our honeymoon because we wanted to eat at a nearby restaurant, so we just chose this because it was less expensive. BUT we were soooo happy because the bed was so comfortable, the sheets were soft, they had fresh baked cookies and breakfast in the morning. The AC in the room was nice and cold and the fridge was also very cold unlike most hotel fridges! AMAZING value here!

Stayed in Buellton because Solvang was too expensive. Definitely a good choice. The town is only a 5-10 minute drive. Easy check-in and check out. Plenty of parking and staff super friendly. Would stay here agin.

Went last week for a quick stay. We checked in at 11 and left early in the am. Very convenient to get right off the freeway and then right back on without wasting alot of time. The staff was very accommodating at late night check in and the morning out. The breakfast was great. They have a small room . But made it nice the breakfast was free. Plenty of hot food, potatoes,biscuits and gray, and waffles. Everyone enjoyed their food and our beds were actually comfortable. Quiet area and would definitely go back again.

The elevator was very slow and outdated. Not adequate seating in the eating area. Rooms need to be updated.
