The walls are paper thin. I was able to hear every word of phone conversations (and other activities) in the room next door. I was awakened at 5am by a yapping dog in another adjacent room.

Front desk staff exceptional, especially Maya, she went above & beyond for us. Room spacious, breakfast included was perfect with options for everyone, including a hot pancake machine. The kitchen staff went above and beyond for all the guests. Coffee, Cocoa and tea bar always open. Great lounge and creative art/antique/vintage shopping next door.

Rooms were great. Problem was no room service offered and both mornings that I stayed at this property, I woke up with shouts from other rooms. Calling front desk was a waste of time as they just laughed about it and did nothing. I don’t recommend this place.

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had in all our years of travel. Two nights were unbearable with disturbances from the adjoining room until 4 am, and over the span of four days our rom was never serviced. Despite repeated complaints, requests to move rooms and assurances the situation would be remedied, it never was. We were so desparate on the last night we left and spent another $200 at a different hotel. None of the staff would grant our request for a refund or even offered a partial credit. This location ruined HIE or any IHG hotel for us.

The floor was gross and sticky. Had to walk around with shoes on the whole time and shoes stuck to the floor every time I walked making that sticky shoe sound. It was so dirty.

Spent 600$ for three nights. Room was not cleaned once. On last day asked to have room cleaned at 8 AM. Room not cleaned. Was told later at night that day that you need to ask the day before. Absurd. Lie. Does not make aense.

Good place. Clean, convenient, easy parking. One of the elevators was out for a while today, but it seems like it was taken care of quickly. We like staying here. Honestly, the free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The food just is not that good, sorry to say. This is really the only negative thing I can say. We will still book here; hopefully it will get better.

I planned a surprise pre boo'd up 6yrs wedding anniversary (getaway weekend trip) to attend the #dinerenblanc2024 #DinerenblancRVA This was a magical event. This has been on #TeamHoward bucket 🪣 list for almost 5/6yrs after seeing dear friends attend one in #DMV area. This adventure will forever be TeamHoward's #DEBRVA go to for future Le Diner en Blanc events. #seaofwhite covered the Main Street Station.

Room overwhelming smelled of air freshener as if housekeeping was covering an odor. Holes in the walls that had been poorly patched. Walls were noisy (heard creaking all night). Attendent saw me pulling up in my car to check in, but front desk was unattended for 15 minutes before anyone came out to check me in. Area is industrial and did not feel safe at night. Fine for a low budget stay, not for families or women traveling alone.

I had to retrieve the desk clerk from outside having a smoke to check in. The pool was dirty and green. I told the desk clerk but nothing was done.

I was greeted by friendly person, check in was very quick. The common area is very nice with amenities for work or leisure. My room is great, very comfortable and bed and pillows are excellent.

Honestly, if you can afford a better hotel, you should avoid this one. Security was the major issue. Was not particularly clean nor comfortable either. For example, most people park in the rear. There is a main entrance in the rear as well. You can enter and not be seen by the front desk due to the organization of space. You also dont need to run your key to use the elevator so anybody could walk off the street and go directly to any floor unnoticed. I am almost certain people

This place is a little shabby, I had to change rooms because the first room had an air conditioner that sounded like a Harley. Both rooms were not very clean, a little mold in the bathrooms. Staff were nice, bed was comfortable. Also not in a great neighborhood.

I never made it to my room. I showed up to the hotel to check in and was told I did not have a reservation and was told I would have to call Hotels.com to fix it even after showing I should have one. I did, and when they called to talk the clerk, she put them on hold. When they tried call back to address the situation, the clerk would not answer the phone. I was then asked to try to get the clerk to talk to Hotels.com to which I was told they would have to call. Hotels.com eventually talked to her and she seemed unwilling to help with the situation other than she wanted them to refund me money and then let me book it myself through the hotel. I ended up being booked somewhere else by Hotels.com. I had a room, but it made the situation inconvenient to what I had originally planned.

Parking was weird since it was not private, but part of a strip mall. Hotel was pleasant but the surroundings were a little "sketchy". We went to dinner at a close by Mexican restaurant. It was pleasant but I wouldn't have gone out after dark 😉
