Overall, the hotel was nice and the staff was super friendly. However, the freeway traffic could be heard all day and night. They also did not have any "soft" pillows so I had a hard time sleeping through the night. Lastly, the gardener was using the leaf blower for almost two hours in the early hours of Saturday! So much for sleeping in....

Everything was wonderful, would have gave it 5 star rating but breakfast wasn’t included and it cost about $25 US dollars per buffet. No where close by to walk to either if your hungry. Other than that, staff was super nice and friendly, rooms were extra clean and bar downstairs in lobby was great! Will definitely stay again,

This property would’ve earned a higher score had it not been for a couple factors. For starters, the pull out couch had a massive stain requiring us to switch rooms. Then, the room we switched to had bathroom doors that were impossible to unlock. This made for a very uncomfortable weekend any time the restroom needed to be used. The only highlight was the staff, who were friendly and apologetic

Pool and spa were perfect. Pool was heated. Bar and food was great. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and a variety.

Nice hotel, suite was clean, compact for fam of 4 but it worked out well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was tucked but very close to good restaurants, shops and Great America! Would stay again and recommend.

Remolded hotel rooms. Restroom and shower are right next to each other in a small closet space. For a remodeled hotel they did a good job

Quick easy check in, quiet spacious room, close to Levi’s Stadium. Also very close to a Whole Foods and restaurants.

Overall was good, the room had a lingering smell of smoke despite being a non smoking room. It wasn’t terrible but was definitely there. Overall, beds were comfy and it was cleaned regularly which made up for the slight smell.

On the post, they said hotel provides free parking for us. However, the fact is they charge twenty bucks for parking. You can try park on the street but you know I see barely person on the street that is kind of scare for me. Overall, the condition is new and the service is good. 20 mins farther from Westfield and it is a good spot to live.

We loved our stay. It was a fantastic room and was exactly what our family needed. The restaurant was also very delicious and the service for both staff of the hotel and restaurant were great
