Loved our brief stay at Hotel St. Marie. In town with our girls for the Taylor Swift Concert. Great location, friendly staff, nice accommodations. Could have done without the garbage truck banging dumpsters for 10 minutes at 3:00 am. Next time, I’ll stay on the courtyard side.

The place was in a great location, a block away from Bourbon, but it was far enough away that you did not hear any nice. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Hotel St. Marie and would stay again the next time I am in NO.

Easy walk to Bourbon, yet couldn’t hear all the revelry! Staff was terrific! Would stay here again!

The staff was kind and accomodating. However both beds had damp sheets and pillow cases put on them. We tried to leave the beds pulled apart to dry during the day and like dummies forgot to put do not disturb on the door. So we came back from a Haunted city tour at 12:30 am to wet sheets. It made sleeping very uncomfortable both nights we were there. The coffee shop is kinda gross, the couch in the business/waiting area is soiled on the arm rests and where a head would rest. These things would keep me from coming back a third time. First visit 5 years ago was not like this. Also, not by any fault of the hotel but the FQ is getting so much worse with homeless sleeping every where, yelling at you for no reason and asking for money. I've never seen a city close to this bad and I travel often. It's gross. The scabby drug addicts coming up to me and my child at night was frightening to say the very least.

Check in staff was amazing and accommodating. Jadia was super friendly and helpful. Valet was amazing as well. I would definitely stay here again. The hallways to the room were muggy and hot but other than that it was a pleasant stay

Great location. Loved balcony over looking the street! Store access the street, but pricey.

Staff was wonderful. We were able to check in early as our balcony room was ready and the staff were excellent. Food and coffee in the shop EXCELLENT!!! Pool small but was clean and the atmosphere was nice!!!!

Great hotel atmosphere. Great staff, very helpful and they even let me check in a little earlier. Really appreciate the staff. Would come here again! 10/10

Upgraded me for free to Jr. Suite. Had beautiful double covered balcony. Important due to rainy weather.

The only real critique I have about the property was that we stayed on the 5th floor in a room without a balcony and the bathroom was a little tight. I wish I could have been able to change the temperature in the room as well. At times it was too warm and other times it was really cold. Overall I really enjoyed staying at the hotel and would recommend to others. Thanks for a great experience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help out when ever needed.

Overall, great experience. My only suggestions, brighter lights/lightbulbs in the lamps and the soft, headboards on beds should be wiped down between guests. Hotel bar and coffee shop was excellent.

When I return to NOLA, I will definitely stay at Hotel St. Marie again! The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was very nice. I recommend the bar for the same friendly service and great food and drinks. My only negative is on the breakfast staff in Vacherie restaurant. The girl working was obviously high and wasn’t consistent with her gloves. I couldn’t eat after watching her make my food. That was a small complaint and didn’t ruin my stay. Ha!

Old school style hotel

It was good. The wall paper was peeling off in our room. It was just old. When we left at 3am nobody was in the lobby at all. It was a little spooky. We had some unusual things happen as if it was haunted. But hey its Nola!

First room we got was not as reserved (King Size Deluxe with Window View). It was in a seperate building had no windows and was dirty (hair in the shower, dead mosquitoes everywhere. So we went to the reception to ask for a better one and luckily they had another one available. This room was much better although unfortunately no fridge available. We liked the location of the hotel (2 minutes walk to Bourbon Street) and the hotelbar and coffeeshop are great. Staff was friendly, but often asking for tips which is a bit unnecessary in my opinion.

We were greeted warmly when we arrived, room was clean and ready for us and exactly as described online. We stayed in a street view balcony room with two double beds. There was lots of counter space and luggage storage, which we appreciated a lot. The pool is gorgeous and you really can’t beat the location. This part of town does get loud at night but even on a big weekend in town once we closed the balcony door and the thick curtains we had no problem sleeping. Maybe bring a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper staying here on the weekends. Staff was all very kind and courteous, no issues getting extra towels and toiletries, etc.

This Property is only a block from Bourbon Street Fun. The Hotel St Marie has a lovely Courtyard and Pool area. Also has a small Coffee Cafe & handy bar to have a drink & figure out your itinerary before heading out. Staff is always friendly & helpful, have stayed here several times in the last 6 years always a pleasant stay. Love the courtyard rooms with small balconies…tip Balcony rooms by elevator have larger balconies. Will Return.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The AC was super! actually had to turn it up as we were freezing, first time that's ever happened in any hotel for us! Room was spacious, very comfortable, with great New Orleans charm. very centric to all Bourbon street and French Qtr. The little Cafe makes the best Sandwiches!!!!!!

You felt like you were in the New Orleans French quarter!! The building was beautiful and certainly clean.

The staff was amazing. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and knows a bunch about the area. The decor was beautiful and you can never go wrong with a balcony! It was maybe a half a block off Bourbon St so you are in the action but you have peace and quiet in your room. I would highly recommend this hotel!

For the one night we were there, it was great!

The hotel was very dirty. The room smelled musty. There was a pubic hair in the toilet when we arrived in the room. The curtains, outlet cover, light between the beds, and plug ins in the cabinet between the beds were broken. There was a big crack in the bathroom sink. The shower door didn’t close all the way. Couldn’t figure out how to set the alarm clock for the correct time. The WiFi password was nowhere to be found. For a double room they only left 2 washcloths daily. On day 2 the washcloths were as cheap as ones obtained from the dollar store. They left one bath mat on day one only. The rest of the time we didn’t get one. There wasn’t an iron or ironing board in the room. The elevator was filthy and in need so a paint job. There was a huge buildup of dust on the louvred doors on the first floor. Overall I don’t know how this hotel got such good reviews. On a positive note the AC worked very well. The restaurant / bar was good. I will never spend another penny in this company’s hotels.
