The room was not fully clean. My room had water entering the room from under the window. I had no towels and there was a wet dirty rag in my room which seem like it was left from the last guest. Would definitely not stay here again.

Sold my room so had to get back on the road and drive hrs away this place is garbage

1. Sink was broken. 2. No Air Ventilation; AC was leaking. 3. People were blasting music.

I usually do not leave bad reviews but please do not stay here. I saw bad reviews about staff and such she was great but the property is really run down and it is definitely not clean at all. I will try and post pictures to show. We had 3 rooms and all 3 was bad so it wasn’t just one. If I hadn’t already paid in full I would have left and again I never do that. I have stayed in many cheap lodging and this was by far the worst.

The property has potential, it just needs to fix a little bit more. It had moles on the ceiling and didn't have a smoke detector, the bathrooms need remodeling. Other than that staff is amazing and respectful.

My wife and I booked a room here on our trip. First impression, the outside of the building didn’t look inviting at all. Outside smelled horrible like rotting garbage. When we went to the office to check in there was no one there. A man ran over from a parking lot on the other side of the street and we eventually got our room key. The smell as previously mentioned from outside filled the room. When we looked around the bedding had MULTIPLE stains and dirt marks all over it. Looked like it hadn’t been washed in a LONG time. There were hand prints and smudges all over the headboard. There was dirt all over the floor and dead bugs on the ground and in the light fixtures. The bathroom had MOLD in the shower. The tabletops were also sticky and dirty. Needless to say we packed everything back up into our car and left. Would NOT recommend this place at ALL and I’ve slept in dirty sh!t covered fields with cattle and I would rather sleep there then in this hotel.

Convenient to three restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was upgraded to a modern look with upgraded television with guide. Plenty of storage space if if you were staying for a longer stay.

Chris at the front desk went out of his way to make sure that my stay was quality. Everything was clean and I will stay again.

The housekeeping, front office staff and rooms were of superlative quality. This will be my go to if I'm ever working in the area again

Pammy was there when I got off and she is absolutely stellar. If you stay here, the difference between her service and and every other front desk associate will be obvious. You hired a gem Suburban studios. Between Pammy the big refrigerators, diligent housekeeping and great rates I am glad I stayed here

If Pammy is working the front desk, you'll get great service. The rooms are big and comfy and so is the bed. Housekeeping does a great job too

My job is running longer than expected which is par for the course in the industry I work in and the staff at Suburban studios accommodates my needs without complaint and so seamlessly that I can't understand why anyone would have a bad review of this location. There was no breakfast offered

The service by one of the maids was a little rude upon check out. Check out is at 11am and she ordered me to hurry up or I would be vacated from the premises. I did not enjoy my stay at all and I’m not so sure if other guests feel the same way. Thank you, God bless you. Have a beautiful night.

Great stay for the price

Y’all had a lot of nats in the hotel the sheets was dirty on both beds

Bed was uncomfortable. Not as nice as the photos. Bathtub was dirty.

Nice room it was big and clean and no pest. Had refrigerator and microwave but no coffee pot but a cup and instant coffee and you are good to go. For the cheaper rates no coffee was not an issue at all. Customer service was good.

Was a good stay. Convenient to grocery and resteraunts. Was clean and friendly. We stayed long term and it worked perfectly for what we needed.

The room was not clean at all The room next to us was so laugh they Were having party’s around 2am And them around 5am they were already up Not happy at all microwave was not working Only one light in the room Not happy never going back

This place was well maintained. I stayed for 3 nights and have no complaints about it. Staff was very courteous and professional

Bed was comfortable but has a weird noise everytime you sit or get up. The remote was not working. And front dest did not have any batteries to replace. However the ladies on the front desk gave me a remote from another room. The problem was, that it was not configured with the TV. The smell on the hotel wasn't pleasant either. I checked out 1 night ahead of time.

Shower handle fell off and was never fixed during the 4 day stay.

You get what you pay for. A good, clean room. Nothing more, nothing less.
