Nice, clean rooms

This property was clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Room was comfortable. Front desk, Heather, was very nice and friendly. I think the breakfast needs some help, seemed like there was not many 'healthy' choices. They need a real coffee maker instead of a coffee syrup added to hot water. It wasn't very good. Too bad the highway is so noisy. The lower parking is rather sketchy, with no barrier between it and a dark sideroad. Other than that, you get what you pay for basically.

I had two full beds, one was super squeaky even if I barely touched it and the other was hard. Also I could hear ever creak in the floor of the person above me and then a knocking sounds in the middle of the night, like in the water pipes

Easy to find on old Route 66 and just off I-44, clean, quiet. Best place I stayed in a week on the road. I'd go back again.

This is a really nice hotel. The decor is dated but clean. Beds are comfortable, they give you lots of extra towels and pillows, climate control in the room worked well. Fridge and microwave too. Coffee at breakfast was decent and did the job. Woman at the counter at checkin knew what she was doing and was fast. Perfect hotel.

Been here before. Goi elocution for on off highway as an overnight stay. Next door old gas station with antiques is unique.

Susan at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and I spent an hour attempting to check in. An Expedia rep called her to help assist with the reservation and she was getting flustered and annoyed. She finally refused to call Expedia to get the payment information and cancelled my reservation. It was late, storming out and I was already there so I ended up having to do a walk in reservation for more money. I will never stay here again just from that experience.

My family stayed one night on our way to our vacation destination. The hotel was very clean. Room was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Simple breakfast but we liked it. We enjoyed our quick stay!

Everything was cool nice staff

Walked in to a wolf spider in the sink. The room was fine. AC worked great. But the worst part was waking up and going down to get breakfast. They had frozen burritos for breakfast. That was it. No fruit, no toast, no eggs or sausage. Literally a frozen burrito.

An unpleasant smell greeted us upon entry, and evolved as we made our way to the room. The air was stagnant, humid, and the bed fabric was wet to the touch. We all felt ill since checking out today, and our toddler threw up repeatedly before lunch. Will never return and encourage others to not make our mistake of booking this Rolla Quality Inn location instead of the newer one just 20 minutes south.

The only thing that is inconvenient in the bathroom there is no where to put your clothes. Also the bathroom door would not stay closed

We checked in around 6:30 pm the gal on shift was less than cordial however the young man at 5 am was super helpful and pleasant otherwise i would not consider recommending the hotel

The shower water was cold no matter what we tried. Movie accessibility was not available. Heather the front desk clerk was the only bright star of our stay

The stay was for one night and was good overall. The attendant wasn’t very happy, she could have been more friendly. The hotel certainly did not smell bad but the fragrance was VERY overwhelming. The room was nice and clean.

The hotel is being remodelled and I appreciate the update. However, there was plastic hanging all over the lobby. The breakfast was prepackaged bfast sandwiches. We had to ask for the microwave and they plugged it in but we had to work around the plastic sheeting. The night clerk was a little snippy when I asked about a discount because of the construction. When she described what breakfast was I said, "Oh, its a sack breakfast." She said "No, its just prepackaged." We did take advantage of it. My chief complaint is that the renovation was not disclosed on the website before we arrived. We walked into the lobby and discovered it. I would have stayed elsewhere. The paint fumes caused my wife to have trouble breathing for a while that night. The hotel is old and while the paint makes it look fresh the design is still old. Won't stay here again.

The hotel was OK. Signs everywhere said to wear masks but we were the only ones wearing them. The breakfast was grab a bag and put something in it and go kind of breakfast. Nothing special. The air conditioning in our room wouldn't blow cold. I tossed amd turned and ended up calling down to the desk out of desperation. He did offer to move us to another room but it was almost midnight and my 7 year old was asleep so it would have been more work to move all of our stuff and my sleeping kid than to just toss and turn. Didnt get much sleep but the place isnt gross.
