Front desk attendant was rude upon arrival and housekeeping came into the room despite our do not disturb sign being up. We were informed that anyone living in our hometown (in which the hotel is located) is charged an extra deposit because the owners don’t “trust the local people”

I really like staying at this chain of hotels. They’re always clean and feel safe and inviting. This hotel was not any of this. We had a 1 bedroom suite that I’m pretty sure was not properly cleaned before our stay. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The microwave had greasy fingerprints all over it. The mirrors looked like they had been dried off with a towel right after someone had showered. It just wasn’t at the level of other hotels in this chain. Disappointed.

They have cockroaches. It’s dirty. Drywall patches everywhere!! Holes in the bathroom walls.

My stay was not that great. The first room I was given one of the beds appeared not to be made up and the bathtub was not cleaned. The second room they provided was a bit better however there was a lot of noise outside the door with kids running, yelling, and slamming doors. Breakfast was lackluster unlike the breakfast I've had at other Country Inns. I was very disappointed with this stay.

We were supposed to stay two night but left after one. The bed was so uncomfortable neither of us slept. There was mold in the bathroom and dirt and rust around the stool which had a leak so I had to wipe water up off of the floor. The elevator was scary & dirty. We went down to breakfast in the last hour of serving. The breakfast room was a mess and food was unappetizing. The counters had food all over them. Many items weren’t available. The coffee was hot & ok…that’s about all I can say. Even though this is a reasonably priced hotel, it was pretty awful.

The pancake mix wasn’t very good for making the waffles but other than that enjoyed the rest of the breakfast options.

The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any second, the toilet did not work, there were stains on the bedsheets and we found pants under our mattress, the tv would flash on and off it didnt work, there was mold in the bathroom, the fridge wouldnt close, the bathroom wouldnt lock and the door wouldnt stay shut. I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to my worst enemy, and its DEFINITELY not worth the money

Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was above average compared to other places I've stayed - real eggs! Only problem was that the refrigerator in the room was not working.

When I booked I didn't check the reviews,I thought Country inn were good, big carpet stains, chest drawers didn't close, walked into the bathroom and little roaches crawling on the wall, grab my stuff, my family and took off, was lucky to find another hotel across the street through Expedia.

Room was dirty (bathroom floor had hair on it, trash behind bathroom door, toilet had pee all over it, carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. Got moved to another room that room was a little cleaner (old food under edge of bed, hair on bathroom floor. We ended up putting towels on bathroom floor

The first room we were in was filthy. The floor was sticky, there were dirty hand prints on the bathroom walls, it smelled like old socks, I was truly disappointed. The accommodated us and moved us to another room. There was dirt on the sheets, a smushed bug on the bathroom sink, sticky bathroom floor, and dirty bathroom walls. My husband got stuck on the elevator and an elderly woman got stuck after him. It was a horrible experience overall, so so disappointed.

I stay at Country Inn quite often because the staff, location and cleanliness. What bothers me, checkout is at noon but the room keys no longer works at 9am. This is the only hotel I've stayed where the keys no longer works before checkout. This needs to be addressed because check-in is 3pm and checkout is noon.

The lobby was very nice ,front staff check in person was friendly, but I was actually not very impressed with the room. There were some stains in the bedding, which I guess is to be expected. Pillows were actually too soft and I just sink in them. This has been the case in other hotels as well. The air conditioner was leaking some in on the floor. Over all it was average stay. Staff were nice.

Great hotel with an excellent staff. Hotel was clean, service was great. Pool hours, breakfast hours, and workout room hours are extended and make those amenities more accessible to guests and staff. Good breakfast, great water pressure, hot showers!

Exterior maintenance was being done on ladders right outside our room on the 3rd until 8pm Saturday evening.

The staff were very nice. The room was not as expected. One of the bulbs in the lamp was blown. The refrigerator had left over condiments and was not cooling enough. My son found about .12 cents in change under the sheets when he pulled them back to get in the bed. This to me spells housekeeping not putting clean linen on some of the beds. I found the towels dingy and one had a small red spot on it that looked like a blood stain. I just threw it on the floor. I should have brought my towels from home to use. The breakfast did not look good, so I didn't eat. The link sausage was undercooked, hashbrowns were overcooked. Breakfast definitely needs improvement. Also, the commode needed some cleaning using a brush.

I read some reviews before booking and decided to chance it. But I have to say, this hotel stay was the poorest quality hotel I have ever experienced. The bathroom tiles shifted underfoot, grout crumbling. MANY mars on the wall, broken furniture. The bed were clean and the sheets smelled good. The temperature was good. The place was quiet. However, this facility is supposed to be non-smoking. Every time we visited the bathroom, even at 3am, we smelled smoke, fresh smoke, from a cigarette. I won't be coming back here.

I’ve stayed at other Country Inn & Suites that were more aesthetically pleasing and cleaner. The linens had dirt and hair on them (not ours), the microwave was very outdated and rickety in functioning, and everything was clean-ish, but nothing gave me a sense of overall cleanliness. Not a good value for the premium price paid.

The room was ok. There was wads of hair in the bathroom and in the bathtub. The room had a musty smell.

No hair dryer, no iron. I called the front desk.
None were available. They would leave a message for the manager. The dresser drawer was missing a handle, burned out light in bathroom, NO hot water for showering. I let it run for 15 minutes. Barely warmed up. Mold in upper portion of shower.
Only a dask chair and 2 beds. No other chair to sit on for 2 people in a room.
Room only has a light at the door and 1 between the 2 beds.
Air conditioning worked but extremely loud as it ran all night long.
Drapes would not close completely to block out sun.
I felt like the room was bare minimum.

Property is run down. Carpet had stains in serval parts of the room. Poor lighting in the room. Bathroom walls were dirty. Shower fixtures were rusty. Several of the towels were no longer white anymore.
Overall the rooms need to be renovated.
Staff was really nice and the breakfast was tasty. Especially the home made biscuits and gravy.
