Hotel room was very functional and provides a lot of storage; ample amount of bathroom counter space. Concierge/ services was friendly and provided prompt room service when asked (e.g., for extra pillow, hangers).

No complimentary water, no slippers, not enough toiletries, no conditioner, bathroom smelled really bad, bathroom garbage bin wouldn’t open, pillows were hard.

Lacation opposite to milan central station. I had good experince my room was upgraded by reciption. I recommend staying at this hotel

Hotel was great, beds comfortable, place was clean and good location near the station. Just don’t come late to breakfast or there will be not much left and what’s will be cold and dried out!

I thought for the price this hotel may be too good to be true, but it was amazing! Lovely clean modern rooms and wonderful staff. Very close to the central train station. We had some strange alarms going off, but they stopped at some point.

Great hotel, very close to the central train station. Quiet and modern room. The bathroom ventilation was not working and so the room smelled very musty for most of our stay.

Very good and close to the train station

This hotel was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and clean but best of all it was very close to Milan’s central station. At first I was concerned about being so close to the railway station because of the unsavory characters that are known to hang around there. But everything was ok and I always felt safe because of the presence of police security. The hotel staff were nice and always smiling and helpful. The rooms had a modern feel. I loved the color combinations used in the rooms. I just think it was great and I recommend this hotel.

Rooms were a little tight, but overall adequate. The area by the train station can be a little noisy (there was an all-day festival event there one of the days we stayed), but quiet enough in the evenings. Walkable neighborhood, close to some great eats, and convenient transportation. Not many amenities to speak of, but it served the purpose we needed as a place to sleep and rest.

Excellent place

This was our first visit to Milan. The hotel is close to the train station, which was great! A previous reviewer stated the area wasn’t safe for families, but we didn’t see any issues. But, we’ve also lived in bigger cities. If you’re not used to walking around a big city, then you’re not going to like the area. But we didn’t see any shady stuff during our stay. The room was overall comfortable. AC worked pretty good, but it didn’t blow consistently. As soon as it started, it would shut off and then restart again. I’m sensitive when it comes to sounds when trying to sleep, so that bothered me. Pillows were a bit hard for our liking. Shower heads were moldy a bit and sometimes there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. We noticed the lobby sometimes smelled like a dirty bathroom…not sure how or why. Staff were overall nice. It’s a good option if you want to be close to the train station, but we wouldn’t plan to stay there again. Partly because we’d want to stay in another area of Milan next time we visit.

It’s a good hotel close to the station. Room condition was good and it was convenient to go around. Also, it’s nice that you can store your luggages at the hotel after you check-out.

I would give this place 5 stars except there was a very strong sewage odor coming from the shower our entire stay. The staff poured bleach down the drain and it helped get rid of the Odor for only a couple of hours.

Spent one night with the family (4 persons). Choose from location and reviews. Worked perfect for us. Good air condition, breakfast and good staff.

The rooms were average. Could be cleaner

Only reason I gave 3 stars because there was smelly from the toilet since day 1 I checked in. Maintenance guy came but nothing changed. Otherwise great staff very friendly and helpful, great air conditioning, great location, very clean!

The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and the location was perfectly situated for getting the Subway or Trains.

Everything I expected with great staff and a spotless hotel

We found ants on the bed tens of them and this indicates that no one cleans the room properly. Now we have expensive clothes in the bags since we attended a wedding in Como so I am pretty sure that we might need to get rid of these expensive clothes after we found out about the ants . Hotel transferred us to another room after we spent one night in that room. I am requesting a refund for one night out of the two nights we spend in that hotel and this will not even cover one tenth of the clothes cost .

very basic place , best thing it is near the train station .

This hotel is very conveniently located near the Milano Centrale train station. Unfortunately for our stay we had an immediate ant problem in the bathroom upon arrival and since the hotel was booked we couldn’t change rooms. Staff was very courteous and quickly sent someone to tend to the ants. He sprayed down the bathroom floor and cleaned it with a product but we were already disenchanted by the fact there were ants and couldn’t change rooms. Then the air wasn’t working, so we called down again, and the front desk had to remotely turn it on. I’m grateful for their prompt attention but for the cost, ants shouldn’t be a problem, ever, at a clean hotel.

very nice and modern hotel close to Central Train Station

There were only two channels available to watch in the room. The tv gave the option to connect to the phone, but when we tried it didn’t work. We reached out to the staff who at first said that it was due to issues with the internet. Then we were told that the tv was not actually a smart tv. Another thing, we were not allowed adjust the temp in our room. Staff told us we could, but it continued to remain at the temperature it was set at. We had to call the front desk where they said they can forcefully change the temp. The location was close to the train station and had a lot of different options for food.
