Rooms were clean even if it was a pet friendly room book second floor if u dont want a pet friendly room. Its definitely worth the inexpensive cost. I will book again

Safety latch on door was broken so I felt unsafe, appliances inside the room were not functional, coffee and creamer they provided was old and stale, so far this is the worst place I have stayed in during my years of travelling in Alberta and BC.

It was a typical value hotel. The rooms were clean, very bare. Good for one night.
The pet fee was reasonable, I did try to walk my little dog south towards some trails, but there were a couple of drug affected people, so turned around.
The pool was closed while we were there, but we did get a message about it a few days before.
The staff was nice. We arrived before check in time, so had to wait. It was nice chatting with them and made the wait go by quickly. Everything we asked for, they got it right away.
Overall it was clean, quiet, and good for a stop along the way. The continental breakfast was included. The coffee was good and fresh!

We stayed for three nights and were very surprised by the quietness of the room. The beds were comfortable too. Everything was good but the pet friendly rooms had smell of urine. Would be better to have no carpets. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Not impressed when you’re in bed and somebody walks into your room and then leaves right away and then you find out that it was the front counterperson down below. Didn’t say a word just quickly exited and took off

It was fine, close to family where we needed to visit.
The paint job in the room was aweful. Very rough. Chalking around tub dirty. Just some observations.

It is close to famous wineries and the downhill view from the winery back to the lodge is beautiful. The included breakfast is also varied and excellent, including fruit, yogurt, waffles (you have to make them yourself), bread, cereal, etc.

There was no one at the desk when we arrived only a note saying they would be back in 10min. We had no idea when the 10min would be up. We stood there for about 15min. And the fact that the pool was under construction and could not be used. With 2 children looking forward to playing in the pool. They were very unhappy.

Would have been nice if the pool was working, the beds were very comfortable. After my husband operation we needed a step stool to get him in bed and they provided one.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the pool was out of service it was really hot during our stay and that was the reason we reserved this hotel so we can enjoy the pool. My sister forgot her shoes and other stuff unfortunately they don’t ship things to you if you leave things behind. Overall It was good.

The first room we checked into was filthy. Stains all over the carpets, all over the dressers. Everything was bundled onto one extension cord that wasnt even plugged in, and the TV did not work. After talking to management, we got switched into a different room. It was MUCH nicer and the TV worked great. The breakfast also sucked. There was not alot of options, specifically protein related or healthy. I wouldnt come back

The Propert is good. However, very disappointed that Swimming pool was not in order to use. It was not mentioned under their website that it is under maintenance.

But it wasn’t mentioned in Expedia that the pool and hot tub is out of service when I was booking it and the mattresses were really in a bad condition. So when I checked in and after I asked the front desk informed me about the pool. Moreover, there was no conditioner in washroom and even after requesting they didn’t give us

The room itself was strictly average, as you would expect from this hotel chain. Breakfast was below expectations for this chain, with only cold items available. Housekeeping staff had left behind towels for the previous guest, which were still nots collected after our first night.

The staff are pleasant, the free breakfast was above average, the room was clean but smelled of chemicals trying to mask smokers. This type of hotel and experience should never be over $200, no matter how busy the season in the area.
