THE HOTEL IS LOCATED ON A RIVER. FUN TO WALK FROM THE HOTEL ALONG THE RIVER... THE GOOD NEWS QUIET AND WELL RUN, BUT NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TOURIST AREAS... LIKE DOWN TOWN. TOOK A WHILE TO GET THERE.. THE ROAD WAS BEING WORKED ON. THE HOTEL WORKED...WISH THERE WERE MORE SHOPPING AROUND IT. JIM

Not all but most of the staff is rude!Hotel needs renovation! Do not use Sauna if you are not prepared to see naked man! Ugly picture!

This property is extremely safe. The elevator will not go to any floors with rooms without first reading your room key card and then only goes to your floor.

The hotel is very well located close to the center of Ulm. 10 minutes walking distance. Shopping is there, many dinnnig opportunities. Ulm is a very nice city. friendly people. the Hotel has very friendly staff. Room was splendid.

A lovey stay in a very spacious room suitable for family. The rooms were very clean. The staff were efficient and check in was fast.
You needed to pay an extra daily fee for the gym and for parking.
Great location to walk into the city of Ulm and enjoy the sight of the Danube.

Nice place to stay. Was excellent breakfast! Also we was glad to use swimming pool in the evening, but unfortunately there is too much chlorine in the water. It causes irritation and you cannot stay there for a long time.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and free upgrade because the rooms we reserved, were not available anymore. Nice swimmingpool and very good breakfast buffet.

Maritim, a great hotel on the river, near the old city, and if you're at the congress center next door, it's very optimal.

The hotel was nice but (with a dinner reservation) we were seated it took 20 minutes to have them come back to the table for our drink order. We had 2 small kids so we ordered everything at once, it then took another 45 minutes to have the food come. More than an hour after arriving we got our food. This was after a long day at Legoland. The rest of the stay was nice, but I would never recommend the restaurant.

Overall the rooms are okay and I liked the location. But management of the hotel seems cheap and it was not a good experience because basic items were not available in all rooms. I booked a standard room and didn’t realize I wouldn’t have a coffee maker in the room because those are reserved for superior rooms (this was not advertised on the site). The hotel also charges €5 a day if you want to use the gym. Rooms are advertised as having AC but the AC does not work to actually cool the room. I expected better customer service and a more enjoyable experience from a four star hotel.

Lovely hotel! Buffet breakfast was great and parking really convenient. Spacious room with great views. Beds were quite firm but ok found the feather pillows were a bit too flat for me. Great idea to receive a little treat if you opt not to have your room cleaned. Lovely clean pool area with plenty of towels. Felt cool at 26 degrees but fine once you were in ☺️ would definitely stay here again!

Front desk staff were a bit unhelpful when I checked in but very helpful when I checked out. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable and clean. Restaurant was okay.

This is one of the better hotels in Ulm. It is clean, efficiently ran and super close to Ulm's downtown.
