Very thin walls. Heard everything from doors closing at 1:55 to traffic all night that made you think you had a window open.
AC unit kicked on for 7 sec and shut off about every 15 min. Shower head was 5’ off the floor. Very low. Also could see daylight around the door

Other guests smoking weed next door. Super loud. Doors slamming. Feels like very little privacy. No way to sleep past 6AM. Won’t stay again. Reservation desk is outsourced to Philippines and they are a nightmare, super unprofessional

The General Manager accused us of stealing sheets, she lied about calling and leaving me a VM, when I don't have VM. VERY RUDE!!! Would not hear me out!

Hotel is pretty basic, but very pleasant and room was totally clean. The breakfast that was included was amazing! Quite a step up from most included breakfasts in hotels of this type.
Staff was friendly and helpful. You can definitely hear people walking by your room, etc., but that’s pretty intrinsic to a hotel hotel at this level. A good budget stay!

Easy to park and have access to our room. It’s a simple hotel with close access to the beach. It was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great for families. Quick walk to the beach. If there was one thing I would suggest is cleaning the carpets. The facilities are clean. However, the carpets in the room were filthy. I think it’s time for a deep cleaning.

We booked two rooms. Both were not clean at all. One with hair all over the shower/bath area the other with the last visitor’s used underwear still under the bed. Broken shutters and generally dirty looking. The free breakfast was decent and a nice area as well as the pool area clean. The pre-packaged gluten free bread was all with spots of mold and u fortunately our daughter’s only choice for gluten free items. She didn’t notice at first and had some then felt bad as well as that killing her
willingness to eat there. She’s not picky just limited in what she can have. With the Hilton name and price of our stay we did not expect the poor level and condition of the accommodations

The ceiling walls are thin and every footstep can be heard. There were holes in comforters and pillow cases. Parking spaces were small and limited. For the price which cost it was not worth it. Overall 3/10.

Overall, the room was quite good, however; the bathroom toilet needs an upgrade. The hotel is quiet and peaceful for the most part. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Location is great, very close to the beach. Breakfast always good.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We just had some athletes (boys) staying above us who made a lot of noise hitting the floor late at night. The toddler with us had a rough time sleeping.

We stay here every summer for the last 5 years. Hidden gem and a nice secret for those who know. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the village and tidepools. There's an Amazon locker at the 7-11 if you need to ship something to yourself

The hotel needs to monitor their grounds. We had breakfast outside patio and got harassed by a man to seem to be drunk. No staff to be found on the property. On check out day. My wife was approached by a man asking if we were checking out. We told the front office and she stated that he was an employee. We told her maybe he should wear a uniform or a name tag. I did not feel safe walk to and from the room. I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were cozy and the pool area was lush and inviting. We even enjoyed a bottle of wine poolside one evening. Free breakfast and parking were a perk, and the location was ideal — 2-minute walk to the beach, a cute coffee shop and several good restaurants, and only a short drive into San Diego.

Check in was at 3pm but room wasn't ready until 3:20pm. One of the beds was wet from urine!!! I can deal with the delay in getting the room but the unsanitary conditions were definitely not ok. I have never wrote a review but I wouldn't want this to happen to anybody else.

It was awful. I first was given a room with one small window to the view of a wall. It was dark and claustrophobic. Then I requested a move and got a room next to screaming children and barking dogs. Later after 10 until midnight someone upstairs was scraping and pounding so loud I could not sleep even with earplugs in. I left and checked out at midnight.

This is a wonderful property all the employees are fantastic kind and very helpful . Managment should be proud
