Quick overnight due to a canceled flight. Very pleasant people working at the facility. Surprisingly good breakfast which was included.

There was no microwave I could use during breakfast time and when I got to use it, it was dirty. It took so long to get hot water for both sink and shower, and water never went 'hot' enough for shower for me.

Jakin was amazing! However, he was the man who wore ALL the hats. He was the only person able to do check ins, bar tend, cook and serve food and fix the printer. Hotel room was quiet and comfortable but definitely not clean. Hotel shuttle driver was a very lovely man.

It was ok one of the elevators was broken, so had to wait a while to get on the elevator. And the bathroom wasn’t very clean in our room and the beds were not comfortable.

It was decent. There was a mix up at check-in but the lady was nice about it. I would stay again.

Check-in was great, very friendly woman at the front desk. Room looked good but the bathroom floor was dirty, place didn’t feel as clean as I would hope. Sink stopper was stuck, called the front desk, they said they would send someone, that didn’t happen. Bed was uncomforable, mattress was lumpy. Stay was for one night during a long layover so didn’t have much time and just made due.

Stayed here overnight for a business trip. Close to the airport with a free shuttle. The hotel is in good shape and well maintained but could benefit from renovation

we had a issue with airport transport and this was resolved by management after I had a discussion with them, we also had a room with sensors that kept on turning lights on during the entire night,

The facility was very clean but there was one elevator out with a strong smell of sewage on the 3rd floor.

Wonderful hotel, Clean and updated, really enjoyed the the decor in the room well done. The staff was professional and courteous. The only complaint I have is the light in shower area is a motion detection style which does not pick up motion while in the shower so the light will leave you in the dark. It should be a timer style which is still eco friendly but will won't leave you in the dark. Set it for 15 minutes if that's not long enough you deserve to be in the dark!

Nice place very close to the airport. Pool is outdoors so closed after Sept. Room was clean except for carpet not well cleaned. Very comfortable sitting area in addition to bed. Needs a microwave! On site bar & grill is hilarious (4 bar seats total) but good burger place next door.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked a room here and my flight was going to be delayed so I contacted the front desk to alert them. I had already checked in online and when I arrived after midnight, I found that my room had been given away. I received a letter saying that they would be paying for the hotel stay that night at a neighboring hotel. The shuttle, then dropped us off back at the airport where we waited another 45 minutes before the shuttle from the other hotel arrived. When I contacted Hyatt, they refused to give me a refund despite the letter saying that I would not be charged for that night‘s stay.

No free parking. Surprised when I got there to find out I had to pay to park. Room was spacious and very accommodating for all of my needs. Clean and sanitized.

We check in late and security was not friendly. Our would not lock had to put the luggage cart in front of it. I don’t recall booking a handicap room so why did I receive that.

Had to come into town for business. Room was ready on time, clean, comfortable, and really large. It was great to have a shower before my event, then a great sleep to come back to. Nice breakfast provided prior yo leaving. Would recommend and stay again.

Hotel was decently clean. Shower water temperature was hard to adjust - either scalding hot or cold. Called the front desk to request an additional pillow and blanket for the pull out couch and staff said you have to come get, you’re welcome and hung up. This is probably the worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed at.

I liked that it was clean .. the employees were nice and helpful… i didn’t like that i did not have access to the pool… ( due to renovations) but i wish someone would have told me considering i chose this site specifically because of the pool .
So i feel like i should receive some sort of refund because we didn’t have access to the pool and no one even mentioned it during check in. I had to find out in my own .

I booked the hotel in hopes of the pool being open and to my surprise both the north and south locations had the pools being under construction. I tried to get another pool pass in in the area nothing else was offered, but 1,000 Hyatt points which don’t really equal anything. The manager told me I was getting a free night stay then changed her mind and switched her words to say she was giving us 1,000 points towards a free night stay for the “inconvenience” ! Day one was ok we had WiFi and the Tv and Uber eats! Then day two they started heavy construction so we left in the morning and in the afternoon came back to a ruckus outside with noise and the WiFi not working so we were stuck! Overall the rooms are beautiful and clean besides that nothing else to offer but the delicious breakfast buffet, but don’t count on the pool!
