The cleaness was very impressive to us through our stay. Location is good too. Staff are very nice and they gave you things you need. Bed are comfortable and sheets are very clean to make us sleep very well.

Loved the pool. Great happy hour. Good food. Nice room. We’ll definitely come back.

Older hotel but they have kept it up so that it doesn’t feel old. The pool is great and they serve drinks on the patio! Restaurant food is “ok”….lots of food options around the hotel. Best hotel in Kelowna!

The rooms were clean, spacious and staff was very friendly fairly close to other things. Definitely lots of shopping nearby. Only pitfall was lack of gluten-free and vegan options but overall great.

We stopped only for one night so we can't write a complete review. By the way two bad thing for us is that the room was on the ground floor, parking view, and the bathroom was not so clean

This is not the newest property but the staff were excellent, there was a restaurant in the lobby and a liquor store attached. Free parking (and lots of it) was a bonus! Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The hotel is located close to many dining options and amenities. It is a typical hotel with well trained staff that are accommodating. Clean and organized. A HUGE shoutout goes to Jenn and Taryn at the Vintners for providing excellent service. It is the staff that makes the difference during a stay at a hotel.

After traveling all day i arrived just before midnight. Staff was rude and very short worded with me while checking in with 3 small tired children. I was offered 0 assistance with bags and wasnt told anything other than room number and asked how many keys I would need. Apon waking up my oldest found the vehicle tag behind the cards. I immediately panicked thinking my vehicle would be towed. When i went to front desk i spoke to same lady that checked us in explained to i was in a panic and worried about my vehicle. She laughed and said its fine. Then i noticed i only had two breakfast vouchers for the 4 of us. So i asked where the other 2 were again 4 guests she laughed and said i was lucky to get two usually its just one. I put the vouchers on the counter and told her to give to another family and that i wont be back. Ill never stay at another coast hotel again. Ive never experienced such rudeness in the hospitality business.

We liked the room size, great location and very friendly staff. The heated pool was nice but it needed a little more cleaning. Overall very happy with our stay.

It was a nice stay

We stayed in room no 112 and roof was leaking whole night. Wet all the documents and cloths.

Always wanted to stay at the Capri. Lobby, grill restaurant and pool are terrific. Slightly disappointed in the room itself. Only 1 chair, no microwave and a large piece of trim was hanging loose and was unsightly. No real complaints. Beds were good.

At dinner one of the staff members looked like she was drunk. It made it akward. She kept checking on all the tables. The music was nice. The food was bad. Only took a few bites. Front desk was very professional and pleasant.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and great service

I found a pair of socks from previous customers behind the sofa bed. Also I found the bedding has a bit blood left. The room looks old as well.

This is a fantastic hotel, the outdoor pool is amazing. We lucked out with a patio room above the pool, amazing view. Service during the day at the pool was absolutely fantastic. Rooms were clean, beds were decently comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.
