Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and my stay was very peaceful. They do have work being done on the roof, so it can get noisy, but after 6pm it quiets down.

We had confirmed reservations and our credit card was charged but the hotel had no rooms when we arrived. I couldn't get any response or support from Hotels.com. By the time we gave up and found somewhere else to stay, it was 9:00pm.

The residency of people living there makes it a lil uncomfortable. A resident had got put out and their belonging were all out by the front entrance. Not so quiet and definitely overpriced.

This was our 1st time staying at a Extended Stay America Suites, we stayed one night and over all we enjoyed our stay. Things we didn't like, you have to ask for a coffee machine if you want one, apparently we on a trash floor so we were asked to take our trash to the designated trash room (I've never seen this before), the smell of pot inside and outside of the building and lastly the pillows were very cheap and small. Things we liked, the price was great for the area, the check in was smooth, quick and the employee was very courteous, parking was good, the room was a little dated but was clean. Overall I'd stay again

The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Very helpful and gave great directions and feedback.
I did not like the cart that was there to use, very hard to maneuver.
I did not like the doors to the hotel were not automatic..it was hard to get the cart through the doors without a lot of effort.
I did not like the temperature of the water, it was lukewarm. I did not like the water pressure. I wish there was coffee all day long and not certain hours.
The ads say that there is a fully equipped kitchen however there were no plates or silverware. Had to go to front desk to get them .. also could get a coffee pot for the room but no coffee.
Even though there were a little irritants, the customer service will bring me back.

We had a good stay. The price was in line with the quality of the hotel. The hotel was quiet even on a Saturday night, which was a guge plus for us. The room was clean.

They gave my room away without any kind of notice/communication with me until i showed up to check in.. then even then i wasn't given any real explanation just an attitude like i was bothering them. I later found out there were bad storms all around the area. It's completely understandable to give my room away to locals in need but not ok to shoo me away without explanation leaving us confused and frantically searching on an area that was never going to be available.
Not to mention they still charged me and took days to answer and fulfill a refund.

We booked a 2 queen room and upon arrival was told there were none available and it wasbecause hotels.com did not update. There was no discount just take a single queen or cancel. There was no breakfast unless you consider a muffin or nuttigrain bar a breakfast. Very disappointed

This property is very old and poorly updated. Nothing comes in the kitchen , not even coffee maker. You have to pay extra. The room smelt and there was improper bedding. The amount I paid for the night should have been 1/2. Do not go here

The staff was great and helpful. There is a laundry facility that was inexpensive. The environment was very neat and clean. No apparent elicit drug use if there was any at all.

The front desk staff was so nice and accommodating, but the 1st room we went into, the furniture and walls were run down. Something gross was splashed on the wall and the bathroom was dirty, there was hair all over the sink.
They swapped us no problem, and the next room was a little better but it’s obvious they aren’t super strict with the cleaning.

My stay was very good in the day time, however at night it changed. There was one lady who was beautiful i believe her named started with a t. She was skinny with red hair and black glasses. Her customer service was perfect. There was a black big guy who was cool but was upset because his trainee was rude and i told him about it. When u spend 600 dollars for a hotel u expect great customer service. She stated she was ill but that is not my problem as im a customer and if i come to the front desk i expect common curtesy. I run several banks, so i understand what customer service consist of.

This is a basic room. I guess you get what you pay for. The appliances were outdated. The bathroom and kitchen looked grimy. The bed was pretty comfortable though. THe floors seemed slicky. This is simply a place to lay your head. NO frills here. Check in staff were very nice and pleasant.

It was ok for just a quick 1 night stay. The room was large and there was a mini kitchen but the beds were hard and they didn’t have an ice machine anywhere in the hotel.

The elevators were not working. The most convienent entry door was out of order. Was told that a room on tge first floor would be found but then told none was available. When I asked the room be cleaned, I was told that my stay was no long enough to warrant room veing cleaned. When I filed a complaint about the amount of walking to reach room I was told that management felt if I did not like the room I should have moved to another hotel.

I ordered a two bed in the room they gave me a one bed in the room.They didn't accommodate anything for giving my room away

We were traveling and got to the property late. My room was reserved and paid for. I was not aware of any policy for late arrivals but when we got there, the door to the lobby was locked and there was no one at the front desk. We tried calling but got no answer. We called the reservation desk and they called and got no answer. We waited 30 min and no one came. Needless to say we had to find another hotel by then it was well after midnight! Terrible experience even trying to get a refund!

Only 1 wash cloth in the room and the first day i checked in, the front desk worker was trying to get in my room, when i yelled through the door "can i help you" he said never mind and walked away..why didn’t he knock instead of keep inserting a key and turning the door handle?

Loud, noisy, old furnishings, horrible odor in the room . I got sick from the stale cream in my coffee from the pitiful coffee bar!

It's clean but elevator wasn't working & had been down for over 2 weeks. Which means ppl have to carry heavy bags & things upstairs. Luckily the clerk switched my room to the ground floor.

Room wasn't clean. Cigarettes, hygiene wrappers, and food in the drawers. Crumbs all over. Remote covered in food (maybe). Bathroom sink wouldn't empty, plunger broken so stopper couldn't be lifted. Obviously sink wasn't cleaned, you would have noticed. Mechanism was completely gone. Told front desk of issues, "Ok, thank you". I'm in rooms 2-3 months, worst I've been in maybe ever. Especially for $115/night. $70/80 I'd expect it. No bugs!!

The rooms are very comfortable. Really nice having space and a larger refrigerator. However, if you are looking for a sit down breakfast, you will be disappointed. Breakfast is served from a counter and consists of coffee, wrapped muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal.
