The front desk staff were kind and helpful. They were able to accommodate my request of a shuttle to the Jefferson bus line station. It was great to have a beverage bar in the lobby. The included hot breakfast had a nice selection of items. My room had a beautiful view of the river and mountain.

Close proximity to the campus which is very convenient for us to get to football game. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I love the pre-check in process so basically when you get to the front desk, all they need to do is give you the keys to your room.

Unfortunately rather disappointed with my stay and don’t plan on booking this again. Milk was sour at breakfast, no forks were available either. I had staff try to come into my room and mad that I wasn’t “checked out” when it was a few minutes before 11. All my bags were packed, I was just doing a final sweep to make sure I had everything. Shuttle drivers were nice and it isn’t their fault but the heater is broken in the shuttle van. The real blinds don’t cover the window so there’s no privacy from the parking lot and headlights come into the room all night long. Overall the staff was incredibly nice the hotel itself wasn’t worth what I paid.

This hotel was nice to sleep, eat breakfast and get on the road again. I did notice that it had a large workout room with many treadmill and other machines. Since it is close to the university I'm sure visiting teams utilize the facility. Breakfast was good and included.

We like the proximity to the bike paths along the river. Able to walk and bike to restaurants and pubs.Great spot!

Would not give us a first floor room even though I am disabled and we had 2dogs. Gave us a room next to vending and ice machine that kept me awake all night along with the train blowing it's whistle all through the night. Dirty carpets. Would not recommend to anyone.

The two gentlemen that work the front desk are excellent! The breakfast is fantastic. The fire pits are in a section of the parking lot, but with a view of the river and the college stadium. The only issue we had was someone burned popcorn in the microwave at 11:30 pm, and it permeated into our room. The smell was so strong, it woke me up, made my eyes water, and I couldn't sleep well. Had to turn the AC to the lowest setting so that it would continually run, and we were freezing. I think that microwaving popcorn should be banned and anyone who does this should be charged a room fee. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again!

We usually don’t stay at Comfort Inns but we were pleasantly surprised at this one. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Missoula in the future.

Great location. Love the fire pits by the river. Policy states for extended stays housekeeping will clean the room the day after the third night. Our room was not on the list and I had to schedule it. Not a big deal. The breakfast offering is good in theory, but the hot food is lacking in quality. It is good if you are in a pinch and are depending on it, but I wouldn't rave about it to friends and family. The staff is super nice A to all of them : )

We were given a handicapped room which we didn’t need. Disappointed in the small size of the room and the fact we only had one chair and no desk. The bed was low and quite soft.
We expected a lot more for the high cost of the room!

The picture I posted is literally mouse poop. There were fruit flies dead all around the lamps. The bacteria alone in all that mouse poop. It’s obviously been there awhile, which makes it even worse. Just gross. I showed the front desk all they said is oh no we will get someone to take care of that….
