From the minute we stepped inside the building until the minute we left everything was PERFECT. The gentleman who helped us “move in”,as he called it, was fabulous. He had a sense of humor and was very friendly. Our room was huge, clean and so comfortable. The breakfast was the BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST we have ever seen. We travel a LOT and this is the BEST breakfast ever. The ladies working the breakfast bar love what they do and truly care about the customers happiness. They walked around to each table several times making sure everything was wonderful. This was the biggest selection of breakfast food and the best tasting that we have ever had! WAY TO KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK!!

This was a one night stay on our way to Colorado. Everyone was so nice, a surprise happy hour reception, great breakfast and all the servers were so friendly. They must be really happy with their job.

Just on overnight stop while driving through. Room was spotless, showers were good, staff was friendly (especially the breakfast gals). Breakfast was very good.

We like the consistency of the Holiday Inn Express hotels we’ve stayed at as we travel cross-country. Reliable cleanliness and nice staff and LOVE the comfy beds and good breakfasts!

Everyone was delightfully friendly, looked us in the eye and smiled. Especially the breakfast team- WOW- it was clear they took serious pride in their work. The food was great they were everywhere at once helping everyone- offering information and picking up everyone’s dishes just out of kindness. Really impressive place.

I booked through Expedia and when we checked in they said they were over booked. We needed 2 queen beds for 3 adults. Had to take a king and pull out couch. Very disappointed. They apologized for the inconvenience, it was not that, it was unacceptable!

The staff was fantastic especially the women who were in the breakfast area. They graciously greeted guests, kept the food well stocked, visited with guests, seemed to really enjoy their job and even cleared the tables! The desk help was just as friendly and helpful.
The room was clean except some soap scum/orange stuff in two corners of the bathtub that wiped away with a wash cloth. Also the fan in the bathroom was very dusty. The bed was wonderful, very comfortable. It is close to the freeway which makes it very convenient but noisy. We heard traffic all night.
The few 4stars are out weighed by the wonderful staff giving the over all score 5 stars!

One of the beds in our room had three areas with blood and a hair on it. We had to move rooms after a very long day of travel. The stairway was dirty and a used band aid was laying on a step. It was all disconcerting. We stay at holiday inn express motels often but maybe not again.
