We had to leave early around 11:30 pm same day we checked in we couldn't take the banging of the doors outside our room

The entrances were securethey did not lock

My stay was a nightmare. This hotel not only had cockroaches everywhere, but there were numerous long term residents who were constantly loud, loitering outside the building drinking alcohol and doing drugs, and coming and going all hours of the night. The hotel staff did nothing to quiet the parties because they were obviously just interested in the room rental income. I called and complained about how noisy it was numerous times, the staff’s reply was, “what can we do about it?”. I don’t know why, but the police showed up 2 times in 3 days. There was hair in my sink and bathtub from the previous occupants, along with cockroaches EVERYWHERE. It was absolutely disgusting. Beware! This place is a dump!

The room had roaches in it. The fridge didn't work, the air conditioner was loud.The back door to the building wouldn't open & the side door wouldn't close.

I knew I signed up for a 2 star hotel but I did not realize I would be getting dirty towels, pillowcases with foot prints and a dirty shower.

Room looked drab it just did not look inviting at all Did not have hair dryer Did not have Kleenex

It was horrible! The smell of drugs all night, the loud noise like someone doing construction work ALL NIGHT! I DIDNT SLEEP UNTIL AFTER 6AM THEN HAD TO LEAVE AT 11. IT WAS HORRIBLE

I made the reservation on Expedia originally for a 1 bed (in error) and tried to change it to 2 queens. Expedia app stated I needed to contact the motel and make the change. I spoke with the motel and was told that just inform them that I want to change the room size they can do it at the desk, no price change. I arrived at the location, the representative tells me he cannot make the change and charges me for a SECOND reservation for $104. The room had roaches.

This property has ROACHES. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke and the staff leaves at night time so don’t expect any help with your amenities or hygiene products. Lord forbid you have a issue with your room key

Good and affordable

So it was clean enough and bed was comfortable. Could have had a few more pillows. There were only 3. Just was noisy could hear music blaring all night outside. So a few times we woke up from that. Area also seems a bit shady definitely would make sure to be cautious going to and from your car. Staff were ok. Check in and out was easy.

No breakfast, no coffee, neither in the room nor lobby. Door card didn’t work on the side of the hotel our room was on.

It should not be listed as a hotel rather a rest stop. To get clean towels you have to physically bring to front desk the dirty ones for an. Exchange. Absolutely no front desk area , you also have to request if you need more toilet paper

I realize this is a hotel 6 but under some sort of "construction". Very dated, unfriendly hotel check-in and overall "sketchy". Avoid if you can.

It was fine

place was dirty and we did not feel safe there. There are people living there and shady is being nice, Drug deals going on in the parking lot.Our room window had been punched through by someone's fist and blood stain still on the window. Patched it up but the window should have been replaced. yes it is cheap, but would not stay there again. our cab driver also stated that it is not a good place to be. I feel we were lucky , I will never again stay anywhere without seeing the room before payment.

Hotel was great and cheap! Comfy beds and very clean. I 100% will come back when the timw comes

Anyone off the streets could just walk in as the doors to the outside had no locks smoking or non smoking the whole place smells of smoke after you leave so will your things

The price was good only because I booked through Expedia what I didn’t like was two of the three outside doors had no locks or latches and were sitting completely open to anyone off the streets to enter

Saw a roach in the bathroom. A dead rat by the office. And the overall smell everywhere sucked. Rooms are very outdated and kept badly. Towels were all stained and dingy.

We were given a room in the smoking section of the building and right away, the smell was pungent of marijuana. Then as we walk into our room, it was dirty, and had roaches. I had my two sons with me, and we had to ask for another room. We were then offered a room on the non-smoking side, a bit better, but bath tub was dirty.

Good location. Non smoking room was ok. The entire building had a very heavy cigarette smell. When I left, all my belongings smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

I’ll never stay here again. I left the room and when I got back I couldn’t get back into the room. Why?? Because someone was in it and had locked themselves in it. After a few tries of my door handle the door finally opened and out walked a female in her early twenties. She said “sorry”. I said “how did you get in here?” She said the door was unlocked. I know for a fact it wasn’t unlocked because I double checked before I left. She had rummaged around then just walked out the hotel. When I complained to front desk they apologized and said they’d look into it. To be fair the owners were courteous. The guy at the front desk asked if she was wearing a hoodie and a backpack so he recognized her. Never again!

Card reader on door not working on main entrance. Refrigerator was very loud, could not connect to wifi.
