Overall not a bad stay, i areived sunday night and upon me coming into a room i found a roach on the wall that i killed. Other than that i had no issues at all. Facility is close to a small plaza with some nice shops and restaurants in it.

Their key cards dont work and they don't do anything to fix it.Some of the people at the reception desk are super rude

We booked a stay for going to a Cubs game. When we returned from the game, we discovered that the shower did not work. The front desk could not be reached by room phone nor cell phone. Going to the front desk, the person was very snotty exclaiming "you didn't shower yesterday." No we had just arrived from our home. It was over 5 minutes before anyone showed up at front desk before we could even check in. Not strong in hospitality.

Outdated but reasonably priced

The location of the hotel was ideal as we heading back to the airport and only needed a couple of nights stay. The lobby is quite spacious and the receptionist was very good and very friendly. He explained hotel procedures, and assisted with additional questions. The room was very dark, dated. We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the car park so away from the traffic on the other side of the building. The fire exit was jammed open with a piece of paper on the day we left. Bizarrely. The room was extremely large, with a walk in room which had additional storage and a wardrobe. The main bedroom was dated and had some damage to the curtain rail preventing the curtains from closing properly. Above the sink there was evidence of some recent plastering (not sure what had happened) The headboard had shall we say seen some action! And the bed / mattress didn’t push up to it so the pillows kept falling off the bed. The shower was over the bath which is fine, just be careful using the tub as it was a little flexible and slippy. The door to the room didn’t feel like it was locking properly and it didn’t offer me peace of mind regarding security. Breakfast room was too small and always overcrowded. The selection was good, just took a little patience to get some food. The hotel colour scheme is brown. It doesn’t work. It makes the place seem very gloomy and depressing. Location is great and for an overnight stay it’s fine, just that it’s ok.

The rooms are poorly cleaned and the air conditioner is very dirty.

Clean room and quiet. Decent TV. Door safety lock was broken, but otherwise a nice room for a fair price. Breakfast was good as well.

Building is like 50 years old,not clean and classic cheap motel room.

The property is facing a very busy highway. All king size bed rooms are facing the highway, and only the twin / full size bed rooms are facing inward, the parking lot. We were giving a room on a third floor, and the noise from the highway was unbearable, so we complained, and we were moved down to the second floor, where the noise was less.

Our room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Check in was fast and we were a little early so they let us check in early. We were there for a weekend get away and it was in perfect location for what we were doing. Breakfast was very good and several things to choose from.

Service was really great. Hotel inside needs full renovation. Furnitures are broken or damaged. Basic breakfast.ok

Elevator broken had to use stairs, stairs dirty was put in area where several rooms had workers renovating them, hole in floor near vending machine not far from our room spooky.

Bathroom is old and rusty

Holes in the floor, elevator out of order as well as ice maker. Fan in bathroom wall not cleaned for years. Cockroach in bathroom.

Elevator not working. Ice machine not working. Vending machine not working. Staff was absent from front desk multiple times leaving a note on the counter "will return shortly" 3 to 4 minutes later and no staff

The elevator was not working and I have knee issues. I had booked 2 room's. First room on 2nd floor had dust on side table. Got the room changed. No ironing table, towels were small, low showerhead, tub was moving close to drain and thin towels didn't dry the whole body. Bathroom floor was dirty. 2nd room, no ironing board, no hangers for clothes, no cups for coffee and room had smell. Had to request every small thing. Its a dirty place under construction. Only 1st floor lobby looks decent. Don't go by the reviews. One of my worst experiences. I didn't have choice because needed 2 rooms in the same hotel.

Bad condition property, elevator didn't work for 5 days of stay. Room's missing badic essentials like cups, ironing board, hangers etc.

Our room was not prepared for new guests, we had to ask for a few things to br plugged in like the bathroom suction fan and other lights that were not pugged in. Staff were friendly but one had to ask.

Nice quiet little stay ! Breakfast was great! The workers were definitely working hard to keep up and keep things cleaned !

No towels for a family of five I only had two towels for my stay of two days. The elevator was broken it was very inconvenient and made the stay terrible.

Didn’t clean the coffee machine out from prior use, odd noises in the room from pipes.

I did not like the the bathroom sink is right at the entrance instead of inside the bathroom where it should be located

I like: fast checkin and check out I dont like: stairs very dirty, king bed rooms are very noisy all rooms cos next to the high way, AC is noisy, motel quality with overprice Receptionist are nice!

Everything was great. The room was quiet and clean.
