The first room I was offered, on the ground floor next to a supply room smelled of strong cleaning products. I asked to be moved and with very little effort I was moved to the 4th floor to a renovated room that was lovely. Why she could not be bothered to do this in the first place, I don’t know.

We were very disappointed with this hotel stay. They tried to say we had three dogs when we only had two service dogs. And they insisted on charging us for our service dogs unless we show our paperwork which is illegal to ask for our paperwork or the reason why for our service animals. I will not go to this place again. Our next hotel stay at a different Hotel was much nicer. They did not charge us for our service dogs or ask for our paperwork. The manager was very rude.

The staff was excellent! Everyone was engaged and willing to help. There was a man who was constantly cleaning, doing a great job. Unfortunately the facility feels old and the door to the room didn't seal well and I could see through the bottom to the hallway. This didn't give me a warm, fuzzy feeling.

this property is located right next to a very busy highway. my first night there i was in a room right next to the highway. i could not sleep. i had to request a room change on my second night. everything here is noisy the refrigerator buzzes while in operation the hvac is loud. everything about this place is loud. and it was not centrally located to where i need to be. last thing they need a new key card system. my key kept demagnetizing and kept having to get a new one at the front desk. hated that the most.

We were able to a a clean comfortable room at a good price when our flights were canceled. Plus it included transportation and breakfast.

It was easy to find with GPS, the staff was kind and assisted us with care. I felt for them because at the time we checked in their systems were down. Overall if we come back to Hartford we will be staying here again

I'm rating this very low because the managing/auditing staff at this property is bad/need more training. Be careful if you're staying for a few days, with your card. As they may charge your card even if you already paid! The ladies at the front desk are very nice though.

The hotel is a bit run down but adequate. I don't think they should put people in the room that I was in, directly adjacent to the lobby. I could hear people checking in late at night and others starting breakfast at 6am. Anyhow, the price was pretty good and the location is fine.

The hotel was not able to find our Expedia reservation in their system and our flight was delayed. When we arrived at 4am we were told we did not have a room booked and we had to book another room. The property said this was an issue with Expedia and to take this up with them. I have submitted a request for a refund for the room booked with Expedia, but have not heard anything since. Meanwhile the property double charged me for one night.
