The shuttle from the airport & back the next morning to pu a rental car.

No hair dryer in the room (could get one from the front desk). The breakfast was tasty but could have been warmer.

the location to the airport was great. the shuttle was prompt; the staff was friendly and professional; thee room was spacious and clean

the first floor security from the outside window made me nervous; there was a all night barking dog near my room that kept me up; my tv wouldn’t turn on and by the time I realized it it was so late I didn’t want to switch rooms or have anyone come fix it ; some type of large truck came in middle of night and was backing up and the noise was very loud

There was nothing that I didn't like, but nothing that was really exiciting.

Great location relative to BDL and shuttle to airport. Excellent in room lighting and abundance of plugs for charging devices. Entire facility looks like it was recently updated. Towels nice and fluffy.

The actual beds were way too soft and need replacing. While I slept ok, I slept in the middle of the mattress as the sides were big valleys.

The hotel was very close to the airport, but there are also several others within this price range that are much better.

Good god, where to start: I have a special needs small toddler and ask for a baby crib to be put in our room, a few months before I stayed there. The hotel never messaged me back, then when I asked for it upon arrival, the girl didnt' know if they had one or where any of them were and I think looked in one room, then gave up...so we had to put our child in bed with us which was somehow dangerous and uncomfortable. The girls at the desk when we came in made us feel like we were interrupting them by showing up, like they weren't even working. The condition of the property was unsightly- needs more maintenance and upkeep, the walls/doors looked like crap, the elevator was in awful condition, the hallway stunk to high hell like weed and cigarettes (2nd floor), and the breakfast was nothing to write home about. I was glad to be out of there by the time we left. On the return trip, we stayed at the Fairfield a few doors down, for about 20-30$ more per night and it was well worth it and not disgusting. The hotel manager never did ask me "how was your stay?" upon check out, guess they don't care...

I like that it’s right by the air port and not to far from the Hamptons
