Perfect for families. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Friendly staff all around.

Staff was great!

I spent one day here and it was good for that one day. The hotel itself was kinda old looking and run down. They had a towel under a guest door, and from my experience working in a hospital that usually means bugs. Our room was nice, no bed bugs. However, the closest doorknob was broken and a nail was sticking out. I found that dangerous since i was traveling with kids. The room was equipped with enough towels which i liked and the tv was kinda fuzzy. The window was so dirty you couldn't look out of it to check your car. Overall, it's okay for a quick stay. I would not stay for days, just because of how old the hotel looks. 3 out of 10 for me.

They don't clean rooms unless you all for it... so don't forget to ask.

Amazing all around!! Great staff!!

Front desk staff was amazing, but many kids running through the halls in inundating the pool. The entire ground floor was wet from all the kids running to and from the pool. Kids running through the hallways made it very noisy as well.

Everyone was great. Kids had fun at the pool and breakfast was good. The bathrooms in the room were okay and need to be redone. But beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

Stayed here while visiting 6 Flags and was a very comfortable, clean place to stay! We have stayed 5 or 6 times and is always a nice place!

As we arrived there were 3 people waiting to check in. No hotel associate was in view. We waited 20-30 minutes to check in. The room was not bad could’ve cleaned a lot better. We stripped the bed and found stains There were stains all over the mini fridge in the freezer section had brown stains. Also we weren’t allowed to ask for more towels only had 3 available which we stayed 2 nights 3 days. We booked this hotel for the pool hot tub and the WiFi use neither one were available. They had parties the hole time we were there. Also as we were going to check out our room upon after check in we went in the elevator which needs maintenance it was shaking as we went up. We were on the top floor which was the 4th. No longer did we feel safe going up and down that elevator we decided to use the stairs which was not an issue just wish they had an operable safe elevator. As we were checking out there were police and ambulances for hours even before we woke up and by the time we left we’re still there. There was a lot of cop presence and issues from day one as we arrived. This place is no longer a safe area and not a great place to stay. Overall not a good experience. The hotel needs to hire better people or train people to operate the front of the hotel and obviously with housekeeping.

Wasn’t able to check In

I had two rooms… 114 and 206. When I went into room 114, almost immediately, after housekeeping had cleaned it, I discovered that the hair of the previous guest was still on 2 of the pillows. 25 min. After entering 206 another couple attempted to come in with a key finding me standing there in my underwear. I felt violated. All I got was an “I’m sorry”. Totally unacceptable.

This was the best hotel we booked off of hotels.com! It was clean, the staff was friendly and there was actually a pool there.

Close to Six Flags. Good value. Breakfast layout is poor and limited choices for food. Staff often not at front desk. Small pool, but large hot tub.

At first the room was nice till I opened the blinds. The window was completely shattered but the tried to fix it with Scott’s tape overall was okay but want worth the money pick and nice place to stay

Everything was good but the fridge was dirty, the coffee maker didn’t work. We stayed for 5 days and never had housekeeping complete. Our beds were never made We had to request for clean towels

Our room had great upgrades that my teenage daught and I both appreciated. Neat artwork and decor, soft thick towels, 2 full length mirrors, good fridge/freezer and quality large make up mirror! And great location between Six Flags and the shopping/restaurants/movie theater at Gurnee Mills

The bathroom mirror light automatically turned on every hour throughout the whole night. When I talked to the front desk I was informed they knew about it being an issue.

We come here every year to visit family and have stayed here many times. I think theyve changed management. We had to ask at the desk for pool towels, extra room towels (and were told no!) No tea bags at breakfast, I asked them to service our room, but they didn't, so we had to go searching for extra toilet paper. The pool was cloudy, i said something and was told its because its summer, and the halls stink.

The towels being replaced was the only thing done during our stay and on the last day we ran out of toilet paper because it was never replaced

It was comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. Not the cleanest, drink machine and door key issues.

The toilet is clogged. Breakfast is terrible. Almost Every breakfast item is gone except English muffin and coffee.

This is a decent hotel. It's not super fancy or anything, but I had a nice stay here. The price was decent. The entire hotel was clean and indecent shape. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to chicago.

The hot tub was set way too hot but otherwise we had a great stay.
