Abigail checked us in and became part of the family.
The room was large and the patio was nice.
The breakfast was great and attending to it was a very nice lady.
The access to the beach was great and the hot tub was large and welcoming.
You can tell there are areas that are needing updating, but overall a very nice place to stay.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is super friendly. The room is spacious with a desk space, which is great is you need to work. The room with a blabbing balcony is nice with an ocean view (albeit far away, but still nice). The continental breakfast was delicious and fresh food was continually brought out. The pool itself is quaint but nice. The property is right on the beach, but the beach is very wide. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs. There's also plenty of parking and lots of restaurants you can walk too. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice place to stay . Very quiet. Location is very walkable to several local restaurants near by. The only thing we did not like was that someone was smoking nearby or above us and it was getting into our room.

Convenient location, able to walk to many places. Staff was attentive, friendly, always available, and did not make us feel like a bother; we didn't even mind the construction on the beach. This place was full service. Beds were made and fresh towels were provided every day, trash emptied and dirty linens taken.We didn't have to ask for much of anything. We would stay again!

This is our favorite place to stay in St Augustine Beach. It's clean, the staff are great (shout out to Vanessa) and the free breakfast is genuinely good. My only complaint is the newly rebuilt walkway to the beach has steps instead of a ramp which makes our beach cart kind of useless. But there's street access just a very short walk beside the rear parking lot. We will be back again.

We were very happy we picked this location for our stay. The staff was very friendly during check in, during the breakfast and then checking out!! The hotel is right on the beach which is exactly what we wanted and within walking distance to some restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

First, only a few things brought this hotel down from 5 star..
ONE very unfriendly afternoon staff member while all the others were excellent!
The bed was broke in our room and made horrible noises when we moved…the extra blanket in the closet stunk…the shower was out of shampoo (only noticed when I was in shower no conditioner offered), few minors other things..
Overall very clean and friendly hotel, just need to tighten up a tad

If WiFi is important to you then don’t stay here! The internet was out during our stay which also meant no TV channels except over the air. And the hotel location on the beach means poor to nonexistent cellular service too.
We received no compensation for this inconvenience which is a shame since the room price was almost $300!
We’ll definitely be looking at other options for our next beach trip to the St Augustine area.

Convenient beach access with chairs and umbrellas available for rent. Clean rooms, balcony with beach view on 4th floor (room 427), great staff especially Susan in the breakfast area and decent breakfast. Historic district is 15 minutes away driving or a cheap Uber ride but give yourself at least 30 minutes if you have reservations in historic district.
