Newly remodeled rooms except the contractor did sloppy work. Tile in bath was crooked and did not lie flat. They use shiney face floor tile in their office and I slipped on it. A small pool And spa were on property. They served hot breakfast.

I was super impressed with the family suite on the 3rd floor! Not only was it the only room of its kind, but it was also huge! It had 2 full bedrooms and 1 full bathroom that was very clean and updated! There was a huge living room, office space, and a full kitchen. I will definitely stay here again on future visits and would highly recommend this room for a big family. We are a family of 6. The kid's bedroom had 2 full queens and our bedroom had a King bed. We have 2 boys and 2 girls. And we all loved it! Lots of room and a slight view of the ocean even from a block away! We stayed 2 nights there and the first night we stayed in a standard Double Queen room on the main floor. That room was also very clean, and the beds were comfy. The next day we had a full itinerary day planned and we were switching rooms (due to deciding to come to St. Augustine a day earlier than planned) to our original booking, the family suite. The front desk was very accommodating and let us store all of our luggage behind their desk! The hotel itself was a short walk from great restaurants including Salt Life, Ice-cream shops, Donut shops, and a cool quaint artsy little breakfast place called the Fueling Station.

Not much to complain about on this one, 10+! I loved the service and location. The people around were very friendly! I will be back here soon!

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The access to the beach was easy.

It would have been nice to have a table to eat at, play cards, etc, but I understand the room was just not big enough. The breakfast was good but we couldn't eat the eggs (the main dish) because it had cheese. It would be wonderful to have an option of eggs without cheese, for non-diary folks.

I liked that it was an easy walk to the beach. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Virginia was the best! We had our toilet overflow the first day and they were very quick to fix it. Breakfast was good.

rooms too small

I liked the location, it was the prefect location to the beach. We just parked at our hotel and then walked one block and were on the beach. There were also several really good restaurants near by and gas stations.

The breakfast was really vague. The waffle maker did not get hot enough to work most of the mornings. The hot tub closed really early at night, so we were not able to sit and relax after our long days.

The hotel was very the check in was easy. The room was perfect for us, it was a king room very spacious ,the grounds was very clean . You had restaurants nearby, so if you didn't want to drive you could walk. The beach was a short walking distance from the hotel ,walk across the street (A1A) and the beach is straight ahead . The filing station is close to the hotel and they have good food burgers 🍔 was very good and pretty big,just a little too much salt for me on the fries. We also ate at salt life food shack,the food was very good. I would recommend going to the San Marcos castle a lot of history we thought it was great. The lighthouse was also interesting. Emily was full information and very enthusiastic about her career. Very good trip

Not much, I didn't like everyone was pleasant. I did go to the conch house for dinner, and it turned out to be the worst place I have ever been. order beer 🍺 and conch fritters, the fritters were hard, and I am still looking for the conch. Waited for almost 1 hour for food, decided to leave just paid for what we had , never got our food that we ordered.horrible waitress.

The room is super clean and good-looking. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is very close to some main attractions such as the lighthouse and beach.

Parking lots are a little bit tight. We arrived at night and we had to park our car on the other side of the building, which is not a big problem.

It was close to the beach and a lot restaurants! I would recommend staying here to anyone going to St. Augustine!
