Room was ok. Hotel is dirty. The elevator is so filthy. Most of the employees were not interested in customer service.

Our room was dirty when we checked in. Front desk said rooms are cleaned every 3rd day. Food sucked.

The hotel provides breakfast on weekdays until 9am.
Sadly it was all gone by 8:30 am - the eggs and potatoes.
No refill was offered with 30 minutes to go.

This was an overnight stay after a long flight from Germany before driving the 150 miles home.

The front desk staff for the most part was not very friendly and when I checked in, i was not given good directions on finding my room or parking. The hotel has a strange layout with entry doors in odd places, so finding the right parking area and entry door was confusing the first time.
The fitness area had no towels the first two days of my stay, there was a tool bag on the floor the entire time I was there and no way to clean equipment after use.
Breakfast was adequate but the 'hot' foods were room temperature.
We did like our room - quiet and comfortable.
Overall, if you don't really care about being treated like a valued guest, it was fine and I would stay again for the convenience of getting into Boulder.

Our hotel was dirty and the staff was not helpful about it. The pool was not open and they could not give us a reason why. We had to switch rooms because our toilet was plugged and they couldn’t find a plunger. The shower floor of our first room was so dirty that my husbands feet came out dirtier than when he went in. Our second room was a little cleaner but not much. Anytime we would ask for something, even as small as a dirty laundry bag, the lady at the front desk was rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience to her. Would not recommend staying at this hotel! Key cards wouldn’t open outside doors, and then there would be weird signs taped to the doors with instructions on how to get them open if they weren’t working, but that didn’t help.

Moving my daughter in to CU Boulder so decided to stay here for the price. Employees were friendly, but this place is old. You can tell it was renovated, but it’s like putting lipstick on a pig. Pool was closed, all green! Snack shop was not stocked at all! Had to shoulder the door to get it open almost every time! The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to collapse! Would not stay here again!

The pool appeared to be dirty and was never in operation or available. It was one of the reasons for staying. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling of the room. The room was to be cleaned on the 3rd day and it wasn't. On the 4th day, it still wasn't clean at 3:30pm after I was out all day. I waited in the lobby that wasn't air conditioned and hot while I waited for the room to be cleaned. Things in general have not been taken care of and need attention.

The hotel was run down. I was given the last room at the end of u shaped hallway that was about a ten min walk to get to. I was moving my daughter into college and had multiple bags and boxes. The one valet cart had flat tires. Once I arrived at my room I noticed there was an elevator across from my room and I could have parked right outside my room and come up that elevator, it would have been kind of someone had told me. I told several guests I saw dragging bags down the hallway.
In addition, I sent bags to the hotel in advance. When I arrived at the hotel I was told my bags were not there and they would look for them. They were eventually found that evening.
I also had a neighbor who was having a party until well past 1am in his room, I had to call downstairs to complain. This continued for the length of my stay.
I also heard the a loud noise, like a pipe exploding, about every 20 min.
My toilet clogged.

It was all good,comfort, good breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was not taken care of and we could not use it the whole week we were there.

The pool was out of order but it was never mentioned at check in. There was trash found under and in the night stand next to the bed. Our bathroom has had excessive water damage to the door and floor trim and does not look good. The toilet seat did not fit the oblong toilet and the room above must have a leaking bathroom as there was a giant bubble above our shower head in the ceiling and it was filled with water from a leak.

The fire alarm went off at 1am and we stood outside for 45 minutes. The coffee pot was not working in the room and we had to ask for extra toiletries as there was no maid service.
Location was good and staff was friendly.

After a 14 hour drive I settled in looking for a peaceful nights sleep so I could help my daughter move in bro her campus house the next morning. I was fast asleep when the fire alarm went down off at 1am throughout the building and had to evacuate for an hour. Totally unacceptable there has been no explanation thus far as to what set off the alarm but clearly there was no emergency.

Very disappointed the pool was not at all ready to swim in. It was green all tho the staff told the hours of use and nobody would even dare to swim in it just awful luckily the weather wasn’t that great we didn’t need to swim.

Only problem is NO Security. The far wing of the hotel has an exit door That is constantly blocked open I guess who won exit and return back in that door. BUT the key card to that entrance does not work therefore all day long and all that long people put rocks in the doors to keep the doors open which means there’s no security and hotel whatsoever, my judgment of this inactive key card device has been on for a long period of time weeks if not months if not years. Essentially NO SECURUTY in the hotel.

I have stayed at this property around ten times in the last two years and always had a decent experience with the front desk. Until now. Discovered there is no on site management to bring the disrespectful, snarky and deceitful behavior of the front desk staff. I will never stay at this property again. The "President's awards" featured on the desk have got to be a mistake or likely passed out without real assessment.

Patio area looked nice but pool was dirty and filled with algae! Water warm. Couldn't swim. Broken coffee maker and phone in room. Some staff curt and unhelpful, others great. Room overlooking courtyard was quiet. Overall good value for the price and convenient location for my needs.

Stayed here in 2017 and was looking forward to stay again. Trouble started at check-in. The clerk refused to check me in as my first name was spelled differently on reservation from my ID. Made me change my reservation through hotels.com. First time I had this kind of problem since the breakup of a Soviet Union. This time around the hotel was surrounded by at least a dozen of dead trees, including several in a courtyard, creating a depressing atmosphere. The pool was closed the first day, and when it re-opened it had a hot murky water with clear signs of algae bloom. One of the back doors had a broken door lock and was propped open by a rock most of the time. Sort of negates high security at check-in time. Overall looks like a nice hotel that is falling into decline due to a poor management.

Only watched TV one night. After that, the remote lit up ~ but did *not* turn on the TV! ☹️ Would’ve liked to see more of the Summer Olympics.
Healthier options for breakfast would be nice, ex: Raisin Bran cereal instead of low fiber cheerios or corn flakes.
That said, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a great area, reallu loved the area. The day stadf was very nice but the night staff was very grumpy and short. Pool was out of order the full 3 days we were there. Asked for extra vlankets and pills for our pull out bed for kids. Night shift said they did not have any extra pillows. There were bo blankets or pillows in the room for their bed which is why we had to ask. Breakfast was ok best part was the waffles everything else was cold or few little.

Our room had pet hair all along the bedskirt. I asked for a new room because my child is allergic to dogs and cats. The new room not only had hair along the bottom of the bed but what appeared to be dried dog slobber! Gross! The toilet had the wrong seat on it so the seat jutted out beyond the bowl. The security bar on the door had been ripped off and rebolted - very sketchy looking. My colleague’s room was missing the phone and they wouldn’t get him one! The breakfast sausages were cold. The pool needs a good cleaning. The only positive was the pool temperature - very warm. I will definitely not stay here again and do not recommend this place.
