the location was perfect when returning from the mountains and departing for Denver Airport. (30 miles away) The staff was friendly and professional.

A few of the exterior doors did not open with key card. We mentioned this to front desk.

Il était indiqué qu'il y avait une piscine ( extérieure seulement et fermé dès l'automne), idem pour le spa, complément absent. La salle de bain était petite et le bain surtout très petit pour s'y allonger. Il y avait seulement une seule serviette par personne. Les cartes magnétiques ne fonctionnait qu'une fois sur 3 pour la majorité des portes ( entrée du stationnement, chambre). L'ascenseur donnait des frissons dans le dos.

Not that good at all.

Pool had no filter. Exterior doors broken, had to go around the whole property, weird smells (smoke, pets, food) in hallways, rooms and elevators. It’s dingy and dirty, broken and outdated things throughout the building and room, everything was just kinda gross. Asked to move rooms after the first night due to noise and location and darkness of the room. The second night which we couldn’t cancel because it was too late was unfortunately even worse because I found bugs in the bed. They were like beetles or tree bugs or something so the first one I was not extremely concerned but by the 3rd one I went down to front desk .. the guy was polite and understanding and offered to move us rooms and by now (midnight) my husband was already sleeping and I seen no point since everywhere seemed dirty… so yes I roughed it out with hopes of talking to the manager in the morning and getting refunded. Manager was not at all even slightly concerned or even nice.. he was rude and unhelpful and refused to do anything since I “used the facility” other than say he was gonna call pest control. The first lady at check in was also rude.

The staff was excellent and accommodating

The location was very nice and convenient.
