Very clean & friendly staff!

Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I'm in a wheel chair and every one went out of their way to help me and be cheerful. I've come back to Hampton Inn several times just because staff was so exceptional.
The bed was a bit soft for me
But please don't exchange it for those very highbeds. Impossible to transfer to from a wheelchair. The door to the room was very heavy and difficult to open from wheelchair. Someone had to let me in every time I went out. Would have liked the blinds to open.

The breakfast was phenomenal- my kids loved everything!

we were called 4 times at 1 in the morning becasue of the faulty phone system. Seems like an outside caller was trying to call a previous guest. We checked in late and left early in the morning so basically we paid just to sleep and that was interupted 4 times.

good hot breakfast
A few things were not set out, but when asked staff rectified the situation. (Missing cups for waffle mix, ran out of forks) I think staff was split between desk and kitchenette

Booking shows the price is 180. They charged us 213

The variety of the breakfast food was quite good for this kind of hotel. The location is also ideal if you need to be near Louisville. I also liked the businesslike manner of the staff. It makes me uncomfortable when hospitality industry employees are fawning. It is a fine line, though.
A few minor things to consider: in the grand scheme of things it’s not a huge deal, but parking is $7 per nite. Seems to me charging a token sum for breakfast and not mentioning the parking situation (after all, this is the USA and you can’t not travel without a car) would be easier to swallow. The doors in the rooms are huge and heavy and loud. Good for security, but you can’t leave the room without waking up anyone still asleep. Also, the fan in the bathroom blasts quite loudly as soon as you turn on the light. There are chairs and tables next to the swimming pool, but nowhere shady to sit in the morning. In general the hotel was not really welcoming, but rather neutral, as if the staff were weary of dealing with guests. I can certainly understand this weariness, especially after what the communities of Louisville and Superior have been through this year. The fire must really have put things in a new light.

Was overcharged $20.22. Manager couldn't/wouldn't help. Had to dispute the charge with my Credit Card company.

The pool.
A/C and fridge in the room were very loud. They kept turning on and off throughout the night waking us up.
Fire alarm went of at 7am the day we were checking out. We had to promptly evacuate, but a staff member stopped us on the way saying it’s a false alarm caused by a buttery toast in a toaster. However, when we went down later to get breakfast, there was a note that no hot breakfast is being served. I have a feeling that was not a false fire alarm.

I stay here every couple of months, but this will be my last time. I requested a room away from the freeway (as usual) and they gave me a room on the noisy side. When I asked for a different room, they said they were fully booked and couldn't move me. The staff has been unfriendly my last few visits. In addition, they charge $7 a night to park in a potholed parking lot when there is a lot of parking around. No need to charge. Also, the hot breakfast was not happened our first morning because they had "electrical problems." I'm done staying at this place. Bad all around.

comfy beds
Unfortunately, my stay had problems from the start. I was assigned Rm. 319. The room initially was fine, but when I turned off the air conditioning to go to sleep, the lights in the bathroom went off and would not come on. I reported this on the morning of 6/21, and when I returned that evening I was told it was fixed.
The same thing happened that night, and I reported it on the morning of 6/22, and was told that they were putting me in a different room the next night; I packed up my things and took my luggage to the front desk. When I returned to the hotel that night at 9pm, The desk clerk could not find records of a room being reserved for me, and she told me that I would have to stay in Rm. 319, When I got to the room, I found a note left by maintenance saying that they repaired the problem (see note). When I turned off the air conditioning to go to sleep however, the lights in the bathroom went out did not come back on.
I reported this problem a third time on the morning of 6/23, and was told by a different person that they would put me in a different room for the night of the 23rd, and that I should pack up my things and leave them at the front desk. When I told her that I had done so the previous day…that is, packed my bags and left them at the front desk…I was taken aback by her rude and uncalled-for response. To my surprise the concierge said “No you didn’t—I would have seen your bags, and I was here all day.” In my 70 years I have never been treated so disrespectfully while a guest at a hotel. At this point I decided just to remain in Rm. 319 and not have any more dealings with the front desk.
Eventually housekeeping noticed that the lights in the bathroom weren’t working, and on 6/26 I found a note in my room that said I should come to the front desk, and they would assign me a different room. So at last my final 2 nights were spent in a room that didn’t have maintenance issues.

TV was excellent..great programs. I like the Louisville hotels off 36 as they have quick drive to Boulder without paying Boulder prices. Housekeeping folks were very friendly and my bed (king) was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine and reservation process was easy.
There was a short in the bathroom light so it usually wasn't functioning. I reported it twice to front desk but it wasn't repaired (I was there 4 nights). So I moved a table lamp into the bathroom and had light. A few too many potholes in the parking area..really should fill those in. Weekend neighbors were noisy slamming doors shouting in hallway, and screaming kids. Somewhat unappealing.

The staff was nice.
Wasn’t clean, hot and musty. Just overall not worth over $200 a night.

modern, clean and comfortable. great location to food, restaurant- within walking and a few minutes from bigger shopping.
up stairs window didn’t open very much- I like fresh air

It was fine
They charge over $100 more than the rate I had on my Booking.com reservation. And there is nothing you can do about it. Book them directly.

Everything was clean, the location was beautiful.
The pool and hot tub were down for maintenance but they're working on it so we couldn't be too upset. $7/night parking was not mentioned when booking.

Loved the proximity to the bike path to Boulder
A/C unit fans were very loud

Nothing
The staff seems racist i am from india, when i asked about breakfast i was told to come at 7am as they start late, but when I at 7 am i was told it started at 6am, in breakfast I specifically asked if the gravy served has any meat, the same staff told me no when I ate it contained beef, when I complained I was told that people's like me dont come to the hotel.

The breakfast was a decent quality. The facilities were clean, neat and the bed was comfortable, especially the pillows. The location is great: walking distance from public transport and convenient to restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive.
I would choose this hotel again.

The breakfast offerings were some of the best I have encountered in my 3 week trip.

My truck was stolen from in front of the hotel. There was no security on the property and no cameras. Since we had to pay for parking at least you could have cameras. The manager was outstanding!
Add Security cameras and a recording system for your clients. It is not that expensive and adds peace of mind to people staying there. You could use the parking fee to finance that!!
