The room was clean but had no microwave. Also no more continental breakfast was served! There was a tornado warnings out & when ask the front desk what to do, she said go to Wal-mart!

We were put off by the conditions of the motel before we ever stepped foot in our room. Our accommodations requested were not met (a non-smoking room); we were told if the smells were too strong, they would provide air freshening spray for the curtains and bed linens. When we opened the door to our room, the odor was unbearable. We only stayed in the room for five minutes, and that was to open our phone and make reservations in another hotel. Both my husband and I walked away with a headache for the rest of the day due to the odor. Our clothes and bags smelled from the five minutes we stayed in the room with the door open. Also, the toilet was running the entire five minutes we were in the room; the bath tub had what appeared to be cigarette burn marks all along the edge. When I checked out of the room, albeit ten minutes after checking in to the room, the staff at the front desk offered us a non-smoking double, which again was not our requested accommodation. It was deplorable. I am requesting a refund immediately from Hotels.com. Please remove this location from your site. I have stayed in hotels across the country and internationally, and I cannot imagine anyone wishing to stay at this location.

Property and room were nice. Requested ac turned on it wasn't. Took a while for room to cool down. Also cash deposits on rooms already paid in full is wrong and creates issues with travel. Not everyone can afford an additional 50-100$ only to be picked to death on the room condition to get it back. We have had to revert to videos and pictures!

Loved the location every time we come to Norman this is where we stay but after the week of the 4 th we will not be going back., there was a man sleep walking at night banging on doors. Every time we tried to use the microwave it would turn every thing off the tv the fridge. I’m just not

Room was terrible. Sink light and outlet didn’t work. Furniture falling apart. Mirror about to fall out of its frame. Couch was very dirty.

we should have known better…super sketchy at check in and charged us another amount after already paying on orbitz. Said they couldn’t automatically refund the “deposit” so they could run my card again. Room dirty and bed harder than rock.

Hotel was in terrible shape. Floors were not safe to walk on, lock on door was missing screw. Gaps around door and Ac unit so bugs were an issue. Next to tire shop so all day car honking. Homeless people sleeping in parking lot. Would not stay here again.

Dirty bed, floor and anything to sit on was extremely greasy and looks like hasn’t been cleaned in a while… there was spoiled milk in the fridge for the breakfast. And I had to pay a double deposit for a place that was extremely filthy

Perfect for what we needed- which was a place to rest for the night. Close to everything- the gas station, restaurants ect

If a 0 star was available I would select that. It was unsafe. The upstairs room the clerk gave us was a hollow door and behind an open glass door that was a dead end hall. Truly a bait room. When asking for a different room had a terrible smell and complete stagnant mold filled air! The health department should shut them down.

It was a very bad experience and I’m not one to complain, but the toilet wouldn’t flush and I kept having to plunge it. I requested a non smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. The couch in the room had very bad stains. The phone in the room didn’t even work. When I checked in the lady was very rude and strong accent that I couldn’t understand.

Was looking forward to the pool for the kids - closed... okay that happens. Breakfast, in the lobby was a single banana-- two bran type cereals -- and 4 packaged honey buns. Rooms were fine. I got non smoking, still smelled like a smoker was there. A cigarette butt right by our door.. lots of walkers all over. Just not impressed for the price. Feels more of like 50-69 max... I could've done a lot better for the price we paid. Not impressed

Nothing like advertised on Expedia. The lobby smelled, Room was outdated and deteriorated. Bathroom was beyond small no water pressure what so ever and the door was busted. The room was serviceable at best cigarette burn holes in towels and bedding. Heat and air unit was beyond nasty looking and barely in place

I wanted a nine smoking room the room that I had it was supposed to be a None smoking room but it smelled straight like cigarettes both in my 4-year-old son we have severe asthma so that was already a red flag the room cleanliness I had to clean the toilet myself because it was not properly cleaned and it did not look like anything in the photos very very deceiving and the photos it shows like a jacuzzi tub and a few other things none of that is true

Leaking showers, broken knobs, dirty towels, ripped sheets, cigarette holes in the bedding, non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes and exhaust, air conditioning broken...the list goes on. I felt very deceived by the pictures of this place and the management argued about a refund for the remaining nights. We stayed one night: we were happy to pay for one night, but there was NO WAY we were continuing our stay...especially for the cost we payed for gameday weekend! Our 2nd hotel charged $40 more a night and was immaculate! Never again!

We've stayed at this location many times over the years and never had an issue. I got a great deal on Hotels.com which included prepaying for the room. Upon check in, we were hit with an unexpected $60 deposit that had to be paid in full. Then at check out, the desk clerk had to come inspect our room before issuing a refund of the deposit. This property accepts pets, so the deposit was reasonable, our problem was that we weren't expecting it but had prepaid so we had no choice but to accept it. I blame Hotels.com for this. The deposit should have been mentioned on the website. We will not return to this location as the surly staff left a bad taste. Pity, the room was clean and comfortable.

The room smelled bad. My family and I are sensitive to mold and my wife and I were having a number of symptoms after just 15 minutes of being in there. Of course we got out immediately and just had to eat the cost of the first night. Stay away from this place unless you are looking for trouble.

Our room smelled terrible and had black mold behind the toilet. We bought some air fresheners for the room but it didnt help. Woke up next morning and noticed light shining through the bottom of the door - guessing water comes in through that when it rains so we suspect the bad smell of the room was from mold and/or mildew. Requested a different room and got one within a couple hours because they had to clean it) and it was much better. The front desk guy (Sam?) was very helpful but they are clearly understaffed.

We were out in smoking room when we had asked for non. It was a hassle but we were changed. The AC was so loud they had to replace the next day. That guy was very nice.

The room had some minor issues, sink faucet worked but is broken. Shower curtain rod is broken but still did it’s job. Continuous gnat problem. The mattress cover was dirty but the sheets and such were clean. Blanket had old cigarette burns.
Honestly, it was a decent stay.

Difficult check in, a surprise deposit. Put us on second floor with no elevator, we are both in our late 70’s. Asked for ground floor but claimed they were all booked, although only about 10 cars in parking lot.
Air conditioner not working properly and noisy. Shower not working with low water pressure. Refrigerator not working properly. When called front desk got no answer.
Decided to stay just one night due to uncomfortable conditions but had already charged my card and would not refund. Said I would have to call Expedia

The people running the hotel were very rude and disrespectful.

We enjoyed staying, it was nice and roomy, and we slept well and stayed an extra day.
Only issue was crickets and a spider, but seeing so many dead ones outside it seems they are working to control them. Would be nice if there was a little more variety for breakfast.
