smoke an foul odor in room, tv did not work

I was there just for an overnight stay. Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will be staying again and I highly recommend.

The room was very spacious & the bed comfy. However, when I checked in to the room it had an mildewy moldy scent as if the room hasn't been used in awhile. The bathroom was clean & spacious but the shower curtain was dirty or had stains on it. Overall the service was good.

Staff was helpful. Property itself was in terrible condition. You can feel the wet dampness in my room. Had an slight odor. Property needs upgraded and cleaned

It was my first time there the front desk was very friendly n polite….i loved everything about my stay I will come again

My daughter was entering the Navy and that was the purpose of the trip. The hotel was picked by the MEPS. We waited over two hours before we were able to check in because they were short staffed. The manager left knowing all of this was going on. The young man that took care of us did the best he could with the situation and several people complaining to him about the long wait times.

The room was not clean.

Beds and pillows were wonderful. Our toilet didn’t work but everything else was good.

Several outlet covers missing in the room, door lock was broken on one room.

The staff was courteous. Although the lobby became crowded, they remained calm. The hotel was clean and very accommodating.

Clean- convenient to Highway access, but still quiet.

The property was outdated inside and out. The rooms seemed clean so was the bed linen etc.

The entire stay was nice. Better breakfast options would’ve been good. A price sheet for the store would be a recommendation as well. The black woman manager was super helpful however the Indian manager was not helpful and never rude.

The guy who checked us in was rude! Breakfast options were not available! The bathroom had black mold in it, all on the ceiling and walls! The lady who checked us was very nice!

When I checked in at 10:30 pm, I was told they didn't have the room I booked through expedia, so I'd be given a queen suite. They ended up charging me for the queen suite instead of the room I'd booked (queen room). I was given a room that the smoke alarm battery was low and the alarm was chirping every 30 secs. Exhausted from being on the road for 8 hours, I returned to the front desk where the nice, but very unhelpful, man informed me he didn't know how to change it and he didn't know what batteries it took so he handed me a couple boxes of both AAA and AA batteries and told me to take what I needed. I asked if they had a step stool because the ceiling was high. He looked for one but he couldn't find one. Mind you, I'm 5'3" and he was at least 6'. He told me he'd switch rooms but they were all sold out for the night. He also told me it was ok to just disable the smoke alarm if I couldn't change the batteries. My 70 year old father climbed up on a desk to try to change the batteries. The smoke alarm was a commercial style, so instead of turning it off, we managed to set it off for about 5 seconds. I was sure we were about to have to evacuate the hotel when we got it to stop, but the chirping stayed. We couldn't get the smoke alarm cover off. I returned to the front desk, reluctantly, knowing the front desk guy was no help, and I was exhausted. Luckily there was a different lady down there, and she issued us a different room? An hour later, I was finally in a room.

I liked the quietness and cleaness of the property. The service was excellent.

Checked in and everything seemed okay. Got to the room and it had a bit of a smell, but we tried to look past that. Turned on all the lights to be surprised by a cockroach the size of my toddler. We promptly got our bags and went to the front desk so we could be reimbursed and find a different hotel where there weren’t uninvited pests. We had to go through Expedia for the refund which was a bit of a pain but did get everything resolved eventually. We definitely will be bypassing this hotel when traveling again.

The front staff was very helpful & friendly when we were going to have a late arrival. They made sure we were set and the morning breakfast was good. They had lots of options even when we came down a little before 9am there was still plenty of food. I wouls stay there again.
