Made reservation for one date and got to the hotel and somehow it got changed to another. Finally got all that straightened out and get to my room. The AC/heating unit did not work along with the shower being very moldy and smelled. Got a new room and got my stuff moved to new room. New room the bathroom fan made a horrible noise and couldn’t get it to quit along with shower being moldy. At this point it is really late so I shut the bathroom door and used tv do take care of fan noise. I always pile all linens before I leave and when I stripped bed noticed some blood stains on mattress which really grossed me out. Tried to tell front desk person but they never showed up before I left that morning.

The appearance of everything is great however the lobby bathroom toilet seats broken all on floor. The rooms plugs didnt work no where to charge phones. Staff very friendly at breakfast and helpful. Only 1 elevator worked for all 5 floors.

The bathroom was not clean, there was hair all over the bathroom. Didn’t get a response from the manager, we were referred to talk to Hotel.com instead of the manager taking care of the issue.

Wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Sheets were very old bc they’re turning brownish.. sink would barely drain and was dirty. I didn’t want to eat inside the room.

All the tables were dirty. No one wipes them during service. There were no buss tubs for silverware, so people just threw them away. Needs managed. Bad check in and equally bad checkout. Pmease at front desk at night time were terribly trained and had no clue what they were doing. Upon check out they could not give me my invoice since they marked my payment method as cash despite the fact I paid with my credit card.

I have stayed at a hyatt hotel many times before and their offerings were excellent. This time was average at best. Breakfast was substandard; and the eating area was small and not very accomadating. The refridge in my king suite wasn't cooling very well and we didn't have a microwave.

Had a problem with the ac. No ac. Went to front desk and had no problem accommodating our needs. Staff very helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything.

Needs some upgrades if you want to keep the price above $100 a night. Breakfast was very limited and not that great. No microwaves in the rooms??! Why?

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low!! Very hard to rinse off soap. And it was impossible to try to shampoo your hair
