The location is beautiful with a lake in front of the hotel. We took a leisurely stroll around the lake. It was enjoy peaceful and we enjoyed our walk.

When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel front desk clerk could not find evidence that we had paid for our reservations in advance. We ended up paying twice and that had to be straightened out before we checked out. The person who was working the front desk is fairly new. The hotel manager assisted the clerk in rectifying the situation.

Breakfast was pathetic. Hey, Marriott...Joe Biden announced the pandemic "is over". Can we get back to a normal breakfast now? The first room I was sent to was occupied...imagine the woman's fright when I walked in! In the second room, the TV didn't work, and I couldn't get it to even turn off. Room #3 was OK but over the patio. Very loud guests out there that woke me up at about 10:30. I called the office at around 11, and they finally shut up around 11:45. Not a good experience. I've twice stayed at this hotel and both times with a room over the patio had this issue.
