I had a small issue checking in at the hotel as I was told by the clerk that my booking date wasn’t correct and that I needed to contact Hotel.com to resolve the issue and trying to get in contact with a live agent from hotel.com was extremely difficult. So difficult that I wasn’t even able to reach anyone, but the manager from the Hotel was quick to step in and resolve the date issue. The room was clean and very spacious. No matter what hotel I go to, I will always check for bed bugs, spiders and other insects to make sure that Im safe and I was so pleased to not find any bugs in the room, or hallways of this hotel.
I did not eat any dinner there although the menu had a lot of great items. However, the breakfast was so delicious. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness and problem-solving skills of the manager and the spacious comfortable room that Im already about to book my next few stays with them. Lastly, the cost was another big selling point for me since this stay was all about relaxation for me and my partner, just something extra for quality time and we wanted more nights for a decent price and that’s exactly what we got. overall, this was a great stay :)

Friendly service but hotel is in need of updates. The decor is dated and the walls and floors are in not great condition. Walls in hallways have bad scrapes all along the corridor. Bathroom flooring was in poor condition. The worst part was the odor. When I checked in, the room had a very strong air freshener odor that triggered my nose to stop up. In the morning when I awoke, that smell was replaced by a musty smell that was unpleasant. The bed was moderately comfortable, and the king room was very spacious. Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient for an early flight from BWI. I would not stay here again for the price.

This hotel is amazing. We only stayed here one night, as we were flying out the next morning, but everything was perfect. It was a very short commute to the airport for an early morning flight, beds were very comfortable and the room was really spacious! The bathroom provided lots of counter space too.

Stayed at the hotel night before my cruise and was extremely upset to be informed: if you fly to Baltimore the hotels do not offer transportation to cruise port. People flock to Baltimore, giving income to businesses,1000’s of persons boarding ships and hotels can’t offer trips to ships (with a fee of course). It’s additional income for hotels and the city. My wife & I cruise 2-3 times a year, predominately going out of Florida, guess we’ll continue to do so! I’m sure this will not reach anyone’s hand that takes seriously what a city visitor feels, but at least I’ve voiced what 100’s and 100’s of visitors felt!!

Everyone from checking in to check out were so nice. The food in the restaurant was great and not expensive. We took the hotel shuttle a few times and each driver was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were all very kind and helpful. Location was convenient to airport. No issues at all with cleanliness or state of the room, it was all as expected and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Would stay here again if I was going to be in the area.

We had to stay an extra night because our flight was cancelled. The manager, shuttle driver and restaurant staff were very helpful with our airline vouchers, and getting us to a pharmacy to pick up some items needed for my sick husband. The prices in the restaurant were very reasonable. Also as a CPAP user, I was greatly surprised to see they sold Distilled Water…that was amazing. I didn’t need it, but what a great thing for people traveling with a CPAP machine to have access to. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, but the shuttle driver that was able to take me to the pharmacy was wonderful. The managers name was Angel…I remember that because she was an Angel is helping me get to the pharmacy and getting our airline voucher in their system.

Our stay was amazing! The food in the hotel restaurant was great and the staff was super friendly. The room was really spacious and very clean.

We booked this hotel for just one night because we had a very late arrival and just wanted to get a good night of sleep before continuing our journey in the morning. We were greeted at 1:45 a.m. by a surly desk attendant who couldn't have bothered to make eye contact and started to wonder about the overall condition of the property when we reached the elevator bank. One elevator was out of service and the other looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was installed 25 years earlier.
Things were just as bad with the room which was a collection of cheap furniture, a filthy carpet, a moldy bathroom with a fan that could wake the dead, and scratchy bedding over a flimsy mattress.
We were happy to leave in the morning and would never go back.
