Property looked nothing like the pics . Dirty and smelly . Staff was nice, however,

Very dirty, no coffee, front desk closed at 10 and still wasn't open in the morning. I have stayed at other extended stay in the past and this wasn't anything like it. I tried to cram one into an old regular hotel.we wouldn't even use the gross tub it was stained and filthy. Other ones have pots and pans and this one wants you to buy them. Lots of drug use onsite

We stayed last year and it wasn't bad. We had a family emergency and didnt have time to research and thought this hotel was okay and clean like before. Not only was the shower very dirty the floors were stick and filthy and the carpet is so gross we also found dirty underwear under the bed and leftover drinks under there. The TV had its own set of issues whether or not it wanted to work at any given time .The only clean part was the toilet. Im glad i didnt have to bring any children this trip because the smell of Marijuana could choke a horse at all hours of the day. Wont stay again.

I actually lived at this property five years ago for three years, I loved the staff, Continental breakfast, and Cleanses. It’s totally different now no continental breakfast not even water or coffee, if u want pots and pans and dishes u have to pay 50 dollars if u want new clean towels u have to pay for them and no house keeping if u not staying 10 days. I travel and never in life experienced a hotel like this. Never thought I would be saying things like this about extended StayAmerica the hotel I use to love to stay at.

The front desk was closed at 11pm. They had to call a lady to come out to help and she was wearing street booty shorts and the company collar shirt. It smelled unclean and musty. Very old and outdated hotel.

I like standing this hotel because it's convenient. It's a small apartment away from home.

Left after 1 day instead of staying a week. Does not even offer hand towels or soap for the bathroom

I like the space in these rooms. This hotel makes you frel like you have a mini apartment. Staying here is geeat for my situation. I wish the rates were more pre pandemic like but, i digress.

Thecstayvwentvas expected. Although i believe that their air conditioning filter needs cleaning. My mom and i got congested and our throat was irritated. The drontvdesk attendant said that they just did. Well they need to do it again though.

The stay was as expected. I believe that they need their air conditioning filters cleaned out. I say this because i keep getting congested everytime i sleep.

This was a dirty run down place. Was cheap. Should have known. Didn’t stay. Left and wrote off to get what pay for

Good and safe

The staff here were great however the hotel itself does not provide any kitchen, utensils, plates, pots, anything. What's the point of having a kitchen? When I asked them about it they said I could rent some from them or go to Walmart and buy some. I was trying to save money by cooking my own food so that doesn't help. There was no shampoo because they "ran out" and they do not have hair dryers in the room. The bathtub was disgusting. It may have been cleaned but it was run down and needed replacing. We had booked for two nights but we left after the first one. I've never left a review before but I feel people should know this before booking here.

The hotel was out dated, wasnt terrible. I just wasnt comfortable.

I’ve stayed at Extended Stay America properties in a few different locations over the years so I was expecting the cleanliness that I experienced prior. This stay was so bad, I almost changed hotels and took a loss on the entire amt but the places I found close by were booked up. I wish I had taken a video to so how horrible the filth(especially in the bathroom, one of the towels even had few weird/gross brown stains on them so I ended up buying a towels/wash cloth and pillow at the WalMart in rm 112. I had a friend stop over for a couple hours and she said she begged me to leave. Next, the noise…the frige would not stop making noises that sounded like knocking on my door which being a woman there alone terrified me. In addition someone was playing misicshop

Water wasn’t hot, bedroom was dirty I had to buy cleaner to clean the room myself

Only extended stay I’ve ever stayed at they had nothing. Not even the glass plate that goes inside the microwave. 2 towels 2 wash cloths and I can pay for more . One bar of soap . No pans no plates no dishes of any sort . No hair soap . It was also dirty so dirt I asked to borrow cleaning supplies. Strong smell of grease . No blow dryer either. Lesson learned. Never ever again !!!!

We booked a queen suite on the first floor.The hotel doesn't have ice machine or utensils even though it had kitchenette. Over all conditions are not bad, the foor around the kitchen area is dirty but most of the room are carpet. Nice room and clean bedding. Plus it's Very quiet!Will come back.

The check in person Baush was an horrible individual and the room was filthy so that does it for me I will never go there again NEVER

Was comfortable until we found blood on pillowcase and pillow. We took it to the front desk and was nonchalantly told he would notify management. No apologies or anything that was a very disgusting experience. I would like something done about it.

Room was not updated. Pictures that I seen online are not the same as the room it was dirty even the sheets did not smell clean it'slike they were closed up for a long time.

It's a cheaper way to stay but worth the money and the staff was friendly

It is exactly what it is, a cheaper option to stay in if you are in town for a night or two. The hotel looks clean from the outside, and the lobby as well. The hallways smelled like marijuana. I understand it’s legal, but they have a no smoking policy and they seem to care less about enforcing it. The room itself was just a typical room. Nothing fancy. The remote for the tv barely worked, don’t know if it was batteries or just old, and no coffee maker in the room…. Never seen a hotel without a coffee maker in it. Overall not a terrible experience…but definitely not amazing either.
