Everything is great I only have one complaint the walls and ceiling/floors are extremely thin you can hear the people above you walking and conversations from your neighbors room. I’m certain the people above us were training for the Olympics they were so loud they would wake me up and I’m not a light sleeper. However the people above us checked out and someone else checked in, they weren’t as loud however we could still hear them because the floors are paper thin. Besides that the service was good, towels were clean, our bed was very comfortable however the dishwasher and TV’s are very old the dishwasher was horrible, house keeping didn’t annoy us as long as the do not disturb sign was hanging. My final thoughts about the property is they really need to install insulation to reduce noise and update the dishwasher and TV’s this would improve the stay drastically because it’s very annoying hearing everything your neighbors are doing and talking about.

It smells fresh throughout the building and seems to be clean for the most part cons for me are refund on deposits i still have yet to receive one of my deposits and ive been checked out of the reservation for a week already and the other thing i dislike is the high HIGH prices on the convince store prices on food items sold in the lobby for guests to purchase.

The room was old and outdated and looked nothing like the pictures. It was not clean and had an odor. The smoke detector kept beeping and the front desk staff tried to change it but it did not work.

The room was very clean. Only one issue - the office chair was broken and height adjustment did not work. That being said, the desk is HUGE which was great, and the full size fridge was very useful. Customer service was excellent. I’ll be back!

Good place

AC and freezer broken. Receptionist refused to move me rooms. Then told me I could check out early if I had issue with it. I even called her supervisor and was told same thing. Very unsatisfactory

Friendly employees, good sized room, full kitchen and nice pool with barbecue grills. In the process of a complete remodel, looking good so far. Not located in the best area. Good place for the price.

It was not bad but some smell in the corridor. There were so many people with their pet. I scared a little bit.

Room clean, hallway light did not work when I checked in. Refrigerator and AC made noise all night. Take ear plugs if you’re a quiet sleeper.

Service was awesome, room was ok, a little musky but they addressed immediately. Room was very comfortable. Will stay at a Sonesta in the future based on my first time staying.

Absolutely horrible stay. The room was severely out dated and was never once cleaned while we stayed for 4 days. The room was barely slept in and used because travel was to attend graduation and parties that lasted all day and late in to the night. Not only were things left tidy and put away carefully but we left a tip for the room service cleaning ( even though they skipped our room and never once cleaned while we stayed there ). Even with doing all of this the property now is not refunding our deposit and are wrongfully accusing me of “smoking” in the room and having stains on the bathroom towels … I’ve never smoked a day in my life and never ever smoked in the room EVER. The only “stains” on the white easily cleanable towels was maybe some makeup residue from washing my face which I have never had an issue with at any other hotel property. The GM won’t call me back or respond to any communication, terrible overall property and stay don’t waste your time or money here. They are scammers and I will be working with my credit card company to get chargers disputed for their false allegations.

My stay here was excellent. I ended up staying for a week and some days. They are in the process of changing locks on the doors for more safety. The only issue I had was my card rarely worked at the pool but those are getting updated as well. Every room has a wall length l shaped desk and full kitchen with a two burner stove, pots pan, silverware etc. One guy told me he has been staying there for four years. I’d be a snowbird at that place any day!

Deadbolt on door got stuck. It took me 20 minutes to get out of my room. Entire floor constantly smelled like weed. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Parking lot seemed to be a hangout spot for people walking down Baseline rd including people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot overnight. You also have to pay for parking which was not disclosed prior to me booking here. Overall, I wish I had spent the extra cash to stay at a more reputable hotel.

It was okay. Not a place I would recommend to anyone. It served the need at the time.
