Our toilet didn't work from the moment we checked in. When we told the front desk about it, they said they were booked and couldn't help. They didn't even have anyone to service the room that night! He handed us a plunger. It didn't work. We had to go down to the lobby every time we needed to use the restroom! Extremely inconvenient! At checkout we complained and asked for a manager to contact us. Noone ever did!! Its been 2 weeks approximately! Unacceptable!

The staff were all so friendly! From check-in to breakfast to check-out, they were all super kind and engaging. The woman I spoke to in the breakfast room who was checking in all the items was extra wonderful. Our room was clean and had everything we could need. My only complaint is a complaint I have with most hotels....the pillows suck.

If you don't need to sleep, you can maybe choose to stay here, otherwise definitely stay away. Half of the hotel is just facing a busy highway and the sliding windows of the rooms allow all the noise to the room. We were denied to change the room because no others rooms were available. Very very noisy 24 hours a day. They have to renovate the rooms and replace those windowish things with proper sound isolating windows but they won't do this for sure considering the demand.
The second issue is with the breakfast. Whenever you go to the breakfast area, every seat is occupied and finding a seat to have your breakfast becomes a nightmare.

Well taken care of. Rooms were very clean. The gym was nice, included a peloton. The breakfast was also good. Only concern was one of the elevators. It felt like it was going to drop you and it was your final destination.

I tried using the treadmill in the gym at the facility. The first one I hopped on said the motor needed to be checked, I then tried using the other one and the treads kept getting stuck. It felt very unsafe. Then later that same day the elevator system was making a strange noise and staff put an out of order sign up. I felt like these items should be working and I should feel safe using them. It was sort of a let down from what I anticipated the Hilton brand to be.
