Great staff front of house. Room adequate but spacious as we chose an update. In great need of refurbishing. Bathroom facilities a bit fragile. Fresh towels provided daily although not needed. Toiletries not provided daily although needed and they were on plastic bottles. Kettle could do with being replaced. Tea/ coffee randomly supplied and had to ask for milk which staff happily provided. Great location and reasonable value for money although definitely not a four star hotel.

Excellent location; we could walk everywhere. Our room was memorable with furniture that appeared to date from the 19th century. Very evocative of an earlier era but with all the expected modern conveniences.

It seemed a surprise to the receptionist that we had booked a room. He eventually found the booking but then tried to get us to accept a queen size bed instead of two singles. He turned up to split up the bed, leaving us with a very large duvet swamping each bed. The room was tatty with a noisy antiquated wardrobe, some stained and flaky paintwork, mouldy shower sealant and bedside furniture that had seen better days and was also stained. The room was dull and dismal, in the basement along with the laundry room and not what we had expected from a 'superior' bedroom in a four star hotel.

Very clean room, friendly staff, air conditioning efficient, TV good. Bar only beer available but bars and restaurants evrywhere.

A comfortable hotel with one of the quietest rooms I’ve ever had with good double windows and second door to the hallway. In my case I think I was upgraded because the room included a foldout couch so very spacious as was the bathroom. Great location for access to everywhere with an abundance of cafes and restaurants close at hand and just a short walk to the Promenade des Pyrénées and the main shopping streets.

We stayed on a quiet Sunday night, so were able to park our car in one of the 5 free parks in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely big room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good selection of food. The hotel is located within an easy walk to the centre of town. Would recommend .

Staff was great and super helpful; they held on to our bags after our check out for nearly the whole day which was nice. The bed was comfortable enough and the hotel is really centrally located so we were able to easily walk to everything. We ate at the restaurant right next door and it was delicious. Will definitely stay here again when we come back :)

We stayed one night at the hotel and found it to be comfortable and the staff very welcoming. We enjoyed using the pool table and also the breakfast in the morning. The location is very central with many parking spaces around the square. The furniture in the rooms is a bit dated, but I think that is part of its charm.

Nice location in town, a short walk from the castle. Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Looks like antique furniture in unique room, but it is a little dark.

Hotel is being renovated while guest are staying in hotel. This was not mentioned on booking.

The location is great, and the staff amenable. Unfortunately our room was awful. We were put in one of the rooms on the bottom floor and there was mould on the ceiling and a persistent smell of sewage combined with humidity. Unpleasant and we couldn't wait to leave the next morning. The bathroom itself was very nice, with a nice shower and everyone was friendly, unfortunately the smell and the mould killed any chance of us ever returning.

The proximity to the city center and the restaurants close to the castle. The lobby is perfect for working and relaxing too. The staff is very nice and helpful.
