The stay was very uncomfortable and the place had roaches crawling all in the rooms and hallway

Honestly, I was frightened from the moment we checked in. The lobby didn't leave a good impression when we first checked in. The carpet appeared to be dirty and I believe they were working on the walls. It looked to be in bad condition. People appeared to be loitering around the hotel. The elevator made loud noises. Our room was the best part of the stay. It was surprisingly clean and comfortable.

The smoke detector was missing from the room. One of the light switches was broken. Little beetles scurrying around. The elevator sounded so scary we stopped using it. We were trying to save money by staying here but it would have been worth it to spend more for somewhere else

Hotel was clean. Bed uncomfortable. VERY basic.

We killed 5 cockroach then left the motel around 11 p.m. and drove all night to get home

The property was dirty. The water in the sink was a trickle. Th common carpeting is old, stained, and dirty.

Loud music being played all night long blasting in the late hours till 4am.. ongoing for the time I was there.. restroom was not clean I had to go buy products to clean the bathroom and surface areas in the room.. just not a good job at maintaining the overlook of the room.. for the price I’m paying I just want a better environment of renting a room.. I felt cringed the whole time I was there….just want more quality for my money

Located not too far from the airport next to Sams Club. The property is very run down with pretty much everything falling apart. There are no smoking signs everywhere but the hallway smelled like an ashtray. There seems to be some long term residents who are blasting music that could be heard outside. I thin no matter how much you clean this place, it wont make much diffrence given the condition.

Roaches in the bathroom but staff was nice

For a quick in and out of western Indianapolis, without the airport prices, this Motel 6 is just fine. The lobby smells strongly of cigarettes, but the non-smoking rooms do not. The elevator's brakes need attention as they are loud but work just fine. The motels location can't be beat. So close to most things. And plenty of parking as it's right next to Sam's Club. Room has small refrigerator and a microwave. And you can't beat the price.

The staff was amazing at this property! Check in was quick and easy with Shireen, and when my brother left his bag and we had to catch a flight, Peggy was amazing in letting the bag be stored for a week before family in the area could come pick it up for us. Also a very convenient location for the Indy 500!

Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Good value!

This hotel is run down and in bad shape. Had we arrived earlier for our event, we would have tried to find a room elsewhere. We found french fries in the wardrobe. The door to the bathroom was in disrepair. The window did not block the traffic noise from outside. Elevator sounded like it was going to break down. Stairway not clean.

Definetly not the property in pictures. If it was, its from YEARS ago. It seems like the rooms and hotel conditions were falsely represented.

Hotel is a little worn. Our bed wasnt very comfortable. Paper thin walls.

The lady was very rude and said all the rooms are full when i tried to check in, so i had to walk to the holet next door and get a room over there and spent more money on a room

The hotel would be great if they would rid itnof roaches, it made my stomach curl and my skin itch for days just of the thought of one still crawling .... staff was super friendly and it would be a decent place! Also this place is running about 10-15 dollars higher than equal competitors, thats, unfortunately the reason why i will pick another place to stay.

Tried to claim I never made reservations even though I was able to provide proof and verification that I had made a reservation. Well in advance told me I was going to have to call the company, which, of course brings suit directly to the hotel and after 30 minutes finally mysteriously found my reservation, even though they tried to charge me twice.

Had to find parking because lot was blocked off due to parking lot maintenance and very little walking path to get to front door

Run the other way. Only nice thing about this place is the personality of the front desk staff. We had a broken shower and cockroaches in our room!!

Roaches on the walls in the hallway and in room 301! Woke up this morning to a roach stampede on the tv counter!

There was blood on two out of three pillows on the bed. Literally infested to the point that I could not sleep I was so creeped out, with cockroaches. My boyfriend informed the front desk about the bugs and blood and literally zero was done about it. She said it’s a new room as if that makes it better and said she couldn’t move us because they were full. And I had already paid in full but I did not stay the second night, found other accommodations. 0 out of 10 recommend.

I was here for a week and the rooms could all (I was in three different ones) use a deep cleaning. The hotel appeared to be in a quasi state of repair/disrepair. The "free" coffee is horribly inconsistent and watered down most mornings. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lady of Pakistani origin needs to be replaced as not only do other guest's complain about her but other employees acknowledge the fact that she's rude and nasty. We had to fight with her for over an hour regarding our reservation and despite our stay being paid for (minus one day due to an error with expedia) she threatened to cancel our entire stay at 11:30 at night. She bragged that shes done this to other guests when expedia makes an error. Even though we had a confirmation email it still took us over an hour of discussion with her and the Maintenance manager to resolve the issue. The bed was comfortable and I mostly slept well minus the barking dogs and loud guests. If you get Peggy upon checking in she'll take good care of you. If you have the Pakistani lady, good luck she just may cancel your reservation.

It allows for 18yo to check in. My son was moving back to college and needed a place to stay for one night before moving in into his dorm

The floor was not very clean. Very thin walls, you hear everything from the guests in the rooms near you.
