Was great overall. Staff no complaints. But its mainly the room itself. Old carpet the smell of carpet is ewww even with the bomb smell they privided it didnt help much. Its stuff your noce and hard for people with allergies. The shower well the shower head is c.... hard to wash yourself properly or wash kids cause its a fix to the wall head. Change those 2 and i would greatly keep coming back. Also parking was charged at front desk when no where it was mentionned when bought our stay. So thats a no go either

Only fault was the noise from the highway 24 hours a day. Great shopping near by & 10 minute walk to MBTA red line station.

Noisy airplanes take-off from very early morning around 6:45am, we could hardly have good sleep everyday during stays.

Room rate was ridiculous. Our beautiful suite in Martha's Vineyard was almost the same price. On top of that, There is an airport shuttle, but they charge for it.
Staff was exceptional and bed was very comfy.

Our stay was fine. Room appeared clean and comfortable. We had a 1st floor room with the hotel patio outside our window. We were both awakened at 3:30 am from a group of 12+ adult people partying loudly on the patio. Not happy about that.

The gentleman that check is in was awesome. The other staff at the desk were rude and acted like they were being put out by us being there.

Walkable to shopping mall with grocery store, Home Depot, name brand retailers, choice of eateries. Also walkable to bus station. We had comfortable stay.

The location was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and assisted me when I asked them for assistance. Very clean property and our room was very nice.

Typical Holiday Inn Express, no thrills but steady for the cost. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was probably the worst hotel offering I have ever had. Nothing looked appetizing, the coffee was weak, people were looking and leaving. I chose this hotel thinking we would be able to have something handy in morning, it was the Starbucks near by. Our room also had a weird odour on arrival that never went away.

Wasn’t happy cause taught had a pool there was none and also asked to bring up more cups coffee there didn’t do that we had to get them also won’t get my points for staying there cause we went did third party not sure how that worked wasn’t happy about prices as well said was close to Fenway and it was always a way not like l taught very sad about this trip

The staff was very nice. The room was clean, but a little small. We were only there for one night so that didn't matter much. The breakfast was good with hot and cold items. The breakfast róom was large so finding a table wasn't a problem. I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Boston. The only small inconvenience was that I called the front desk and House Keeping on 3 separate occasions and the calls were never picked up. I had to go downstairs to the front desk and I luckily ran into someone from housekeeping. I also thinks its outrageous that guest have to pay $20 a day to park in the parking lot where the hotels is located.

The property was close to a shopping center and a downtown area; however, its website was deceitful in stating that it was a 3-minute drive to Northeastern University. This led us to believe that it was walkable and it was definitely not.
