I stayed at the hotel from December 7-9 2024. I asked housekeeping to clean my room when I left for the day. My room was not cleaned during my stay. I there was no signage in the hotel to state rooms will not be clean during the stay. The telephone in the room did not work to contact the front desk. The elevator floor was not peeling and was a hazard. The hotel did not have security I felt unsafe. The hotel location was good for resturants and nail salon.

Everything was great until my final day. A young lady at the desk named Kirma didn’t want to help and had a very bad attitude. I was locked in the parking lot and she didn’t want to assist me after I had been pressing the button for about 10 mins and then had to walk in.

Overall, I had a good rest and good night sleep. That was really good. Staff know what they are doing thus very responsive. A few things that were not going so well were some 'features" were against the human instinct. For example, the room door knob has to move up to open instead of move down. The shower knob handle must stop immediately when the water starts to get the hottest water instead of dial/turning all the way to the end (coldest). Additionally, AC controller shut down after 5 min when the display showed "Err." Could not make it straighten. The TV cannot be turn off by the remote controller. It took forever to drain the water from the shower room.

The hotel itself was fabulous, and they now have thier own airport shuttle.If you stay during the weekend, BEWARE of the club next door. It stays open till 3:00 am, and the music is thumping all night long. Needless to say, when you had a 4 am wakeup to be at the airport by 5:00 am makes for a miserable experience.

To start, the hotel says in its description that it offers a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Well the shuttle was not working and there was no notification even when you call to find out details of where to go to meet the shuttle. What a waste of time! Luckily I had only been waiting an hour when I found out from the Holiday inn shuttle driver! Thank god for that man!
The room was kind of gross. There were hairs on 2 of the pillows. The shower had mold everywhere and the shower head sprayed water everywhere!
On a positive note, the staff was all very nice and friendly and breakfast was good.

Literally so gross the AC does not work not in a safe area looks very shady door or room felt like someone can come in at any moment mattress was DIRTY the whole place smelled

Perfect for one night stay. Room was nice and clean. Pillows need to be better. Too small and hard. Otherwise, all was well. Front Desk Receptionist was really nice.

The hotel lobby, elevator, not very clean. Front reception was beyond rude. I could write a book on that girl, she should be fired actually!!
Room itself was clean. We did book a king room, but the bed was not a king size!
Also airport shuttle does not take you international terminal, only to domestic. But for a cost they may take you to international!!

I booked a room for 2 queen size beds But they gave me 1 king size bed room when I check in, because of overbooking. They didn’t help me to solve problem. We have 3 adults, one person need to sleep on floor.

The staff was really nice but the rooms were not clean at all. I had stains on my sheets which caused me to have to switch rooms.

A very nice hotel. Have stayed there multiple times with my dog. A great hotel when traveling with your best friend. They could have more than one person checking in guests.

A one night stay and will probably not stay here again. Upon entering the lobby there were two large portable air conditioners that made hearing/talking to the employee checking me in difficult. Was also notified that it can take up to two weeks for the $100 deposit to be credited back to my card.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was a huge plus and there was plenty of restaurants in the area all within walking distance. I was unaware of the $100 deposit prior to check in. I also found a roach in the bathroom. Hotel staff apologized and switched our room. Breakfast was okay.

It was roaches in our microwave and shower!! We had to switch rooms and still had roaches in them and THE NEW ROOM WE COULDnt OPEN THE DOOR!! then we had no hot water and they had to change part we went without hot water for 2 days !! We called for fresh towels 4 times never got them !!TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY WILL NOT BE BACK!! Never was

I was supposed to receive free parking booking trough Expedia because of my status and the hotel charged me after leaving !!! When checked in they said that was ok. But charged 10min after leaving ….

Check in wasn’t good, we stayed here as we had flown in to Atlanta from London and it wasn’t too far from the airport. So when we checked in after 10pm local time we were on UK time (3am) and very tired. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming and we had to pay US$10 for parking which we were not aware of. The outdoor pool was green water.
