Clean, facilities were great

No room service available at checkin & been battling for last 2 weeks to get overcharge of 1 night reversed.

Everything was great. The rooms were perfect. I would stay there again.

The property was fine. The only thing need to up grade on are the curtains. They need to change the curtains to close at night and won't be able to have the sun come in early in the morning.

Very close to the airport. The staff super friendly. we did spend a pleasant night. Plus, the hotel welcomes pets which is very important to us. Also, the breakfast was super.

Loved the view from my room, the 2 bedroom was spacious. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was clean. The staff was professional and polite. They were sold out of the initial room I booked. They accommodated me and my family by giving us two king suites side-by-side which was much better than the double bed I had originally booked. Everything is exceeded my expectations about the cleanliness during this time. They offer a breakfast buffet however I don’t eat pork But there were other options available to accommodate.

Nice enough hotel. Nice to have shampoo AND conditioner in the shower, and the lotion was the best I've found in a hotel.

Shuttle took a LONG time to arrive - we called from the airport and they said to call when we were closer to the pick-up location - and then it took 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. When we got there, the front desk person said she had no idea why it took so long, as she advised the shuttle driver as soon as we called and it's a 5 minute drive. This was after 10pm, so we were tired and having to wait so long was not good. Also, both beds were worn out on the nightstand side - saggy - and we had to sleep on the far side of the beds. The suite is way more than needed for an overnight stay - layover between flights - with a mini kitchen and living room. Not worth the price.

Melanie at the front desk was so polite and helpful.
