We knew we were only going to use the hotel to sleep and for breakfast because we had a lot to do that weekend so we weren't there that much. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean but the breakfast was not so good. They had about two scoops of gravy left at 8AM and no biscuits. The waffle mix filled half a cup then ran out. I had half a waffle, a piece of toast with a little gravy on it and juice. No coffee, it was empty also. I went to get more juice and it was empty. A lady came down, checked everything, opened and closed a few cabinets and left without filling anything back up. We ate out the next morning.

I had a medical emergency after checking in and could not complete my stay and have asked for a refund of my stay. Am waiting on response from GM of property.
Overall though i should have expected for the price what i experienced the few minutes i was there. Staff was not helpful nor congenial. The room was subpar and indications of bedbugs. I would not recommend a stay there in general

Overall a good experience. Room had a smell to it and there was very little hot water. Rooms were clean. One of covers on bed looked to have a cigarette burn in it. Staff very friendly.

This hotel is so dated and run down. The shower never got hot. The carpets were filthy. The hotel smelled of stale smoke everywhere.

Very poor. The room we were staying in and did not have a working bathtub or shower. I let the front office know three different times that there was no knob on the shower and that we couldn’t even turn it on. It was never fixed during a two and and a half days stay. I had to walk down to my son’s room to be able to shower and had no hot water there.

I had no hot water at all. My bathroom sink was broken. I had to hook up my tv to be able to watch it. When I laid in bed on the first night there was crap inside my sheets still not sure what was in them it was dirt or bugs or something not sure. The pillows were small and almost such as couch throw pillows. Not great stay.

Easy to find, good parking. Checked in late and they had everything waiting for us. Room was cold, shower hot. Not a fancy hotel, but we slept well and would go back. Do be aware that there are no elevators, but you only half to go up or down a half a flight of stairs.

I can’t believe this motel passes any kind of inspection. Room was damp and smelled musty. Window AC filthy and had mold. Fridge rusted out on bottom. Bathroom shower and toilet worn and paint chipping off lid. All carpet throughout motel is stained and gross. I will never stay at or recommend this motel. I doubt anything has been updated since 1980. Its a shame what they charge but can because its the only motel with rooms on a gameday and now I know why. Manhattan needs a lot more motel options.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I would not want my worst enemy to stay here! Was dirty, very ran down, smelled horrible. We stayed multiple days with zero services. Was very overpriced for the quality of this hotel and the lack of cleaning personnel. Staff was awful. Maintenance man was rude to multiple people. Manager is never available. Trust the other reviews.. I wish I would have!

Check in was a lot like being at the DMV, “ID and form of payment…sign top copy bottom is yours” that was the extent of the conversation. In room 321, the bed and mattress pad had a weird dark stain. When discussing options with the host she said “they clean, it’s coincidence the mattress pad and bed have the same stain and I can’t do nothing about it”. Reluctantly, she gave me another set of sheets. It made the mold around the bathroom ceiling fan seem insignificat. Apparently, you get what you pay for. Upside, the morning lady was much more pleasant.

The first room we got was dirty, there was a used towel in the shower, the sheets one of the beds were dirty, the floor in the bathroom was coming up, the AC didn't work right and was molding. The second room we got the shower head didn't work, and the sink was broken. Also there was trash under one of the beds that wasn't ours.

We checked in and room had a very musty, damp mildewy smell which I sort of wasn’t surprised due to being on the first floor/half basement. Came back from checking out Manhattan and the toilet was clogged, and despite trying to plunge it, it only got worse. Moved rooms to the third floor, only to have a worse moldy/mildewy smell, and then the lights by the bed didn’t work. Left and went to another motel. I have asthma and wasn’t going to risk an attack from the moldy smell. Obviously the hotel is not maintained, and think the smell was probably because the air conditioner filters need changed and haven’t been. Neither hotel rooms we were in DID NOT look like what is pictured.

The motel is clearly a bit older, but it gives it character. It isn't fancy but I enjoyed the older feel and simplicity. It's also in a really good spot near the mall/restaurants/downtown. This is my type of place.

After checking in and getting to our room, we found the air conditioner did not work properly and about every 15 minutes it would start making a horrible noise that lasted for about 3-5 minutes at a time. After listening to it for about 45 minutes and realizing there was no way we would get any sleep, we went to the front desk and explained the situation. We asked if we could be moved to a different room. The front desk clerk, "Cydney", refused to move us to a different room and when we asked for maintenance to come look at the air conditioner, she rudely informed us that they did not have an evening maintenance person. I have never dealt with anyone as disrespectful and unhelpful in all of my travels.

Room 204 smelled like Cigarette smoke. Dark stains in the bathtub. Remote control didn't work. Couldn't watch TV because it kept losing signal. No extra pillows. Key card worked half the time. Breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant, apologetic and responsive to our issues

The room had black mold in the bathroom. Broken furniture in the room. The mixing valve was bad making the bathtub constently leak. Was 1 minute late for breakfast and was told i cant have any.
