Everything was good!

Heavy smoke smell even in a non smoking room. Hallways has a weird smell as well. Staff was welcoming.

Check in went smoothly. The lady that checked me in was sweet nice and friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Extra clean as my room smelled like some sort of cleaning solution, quite heavily. I only needed 1 nt and I asked for a late checkout. They confirmed 12:30pm. Great! At 11 something the maid knocks. I tell her I have late checkout. She then nods and leaves. Then I finish getting myself ready and dealing w/ multiple personal matters on my phone when yet again my door gets knocked on and this time it’s a man and I just keep repeating over and over while I’m trying to put my clothes on I have 1230 checkout…. He was very rude in how he spoke to me. I then went to check out to explain that it was rude and they need a better communication system between employees and I was still being spoken too rudely. When all I wanted was a simple apology! The general manager started arguing w/ me too until she said we are sorry… I immediately stopped and said see was that so hard?! And I left! Inconsiderate and rude was my lasting impression. I don’t believe I’ll be back.

The staff very nice and friendly. The only problem was that people who had dogs some was not picking up behind of them. The room was clean but every minute you was finding at else cat or dog hair in your room. Overall my stay was wonderful.

Honestly it was good. The bed, kitchen, bathroom. It was quiet. The only downside was there were no batteries in the remote but the front desk assisted with batteries but unfortunately the television still didn’t work. Other than that though, it was definitely comfortable, clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful.

had stayed at this hotel under previous ownership and it was well maintained.This visit no room amenities such as ice, coffee pot had pod in it from previous guess no dish soap, no breakfast not enough pillows or bedding, grounds were filthily and a lot of single men hanging around. cabinet door falling off just very disappointing. front desk was nice

Good area for shopping and dinning. Lots of diversify options in both. Hotel staffing was very courteous in both shifts. Very friendly and helpful

The phone and bathroom was not properly working during our stay

The place stunk. Elevator stunk. The hallways smelled nasty. The room was very nice and clean. Floors of hotel were dirty and the smell reflected that. Walls are thin.

Nice rooms

There were roaches! A kids party was there all day. So no access to the pool because of the party. Kids running in and out and up and down the halls. I asked for a towel and could get one unless I turned my dirty one in. Also the website says there is a Continental breakfast and there is not

Change twice for a stay that wasn’t the best. Checked in and the carpets are wet, my clothes got wet and I can’t get one of the charge from the stay.. I don’t know who needs to return it.. Expedia or Mainstay. I checked in at 3 am and out by 9 am

My stay has been amazing. This place is so nice. It's been totally upgraded. Completely beautiful colors. Really really nice. Really clean the gas. The service is amazing! The lady at the front desk is so sweet. She is so amazing and so has every answer I need. Just a really nice place to stay and definitely worth it

Room had been poorly cleaned, sidedoor to building was never locked, 5 out of 7 nights upon returning to property had to go to front desk and have my key reprogramed, also very noisy. Had stayed here about 7 months ago and it was ok, not this time, will not be back or reccomend

I dont like to complain about things but... me and my daughter arrived at this hotel at 11:30pm on may 25th after a long day at my daughters softball tournament when i went to check in the person at the front desk told me thag there were no rooms available yet because they were not cleaned yet. I waited in the lobby for 15 mins while my daughter fell asleep in my vehicle waiting. When they finally said that there was a room available the person at the front desk prepared everything and handed me my door cards. Me and my daughter went up stairs to the 2nd floor room 240 to find the room not cleaned yet. One of the beds was all messed up like someone had just got out of it and there was dirty towels in the bathroom. Smelled terribly also. So i told my daughter we needed to leave and find another hotel. Got to the front desk to tell the person there about the room and that i wanted a refund for my reservation. He told me he couldnt do anything bcus the manager was not there told me to return today which is may 26th between 8am and 10am. I arrived at the hotel at 9:35am and spoke with the young lady there (she was really kind and apologetic to me and was embarrassed about it but told me that the manager was not working today! She asked for my number and told me that she would have her manager contact me for my refund but i have not received any calls from this hotel. I just want my refund. Ended up at a different hotel at 12:30am and had to wake up this morning at 7am!

Weird smell, mold on shower heads

Day1 check in....was in my room for 10 and i seen at least 6 roaches. I immediately left with my belongings. The front desk was very nice and gave me a new room. No roaches in my new room but water issues. Toilet wouldn't flush, tub would drain while showering & sink wouldn't drain either. Always were people hanging outside...looking up to no good.
