We had a nice stay. Staff was great. Service was great. Location was great. A jacuzzi would have been sweet. There's too much chlorine in the pool, and we had cockroaches in our room.

front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. i had to use the computer and it was so convenient for me to be able to use it since i had forgot my laptop on my trip. rooms were clean, i just wish they mopped the floor area around the bathroom and entrance. other than that stay was very nice and quiet.

The second guest room’s television did not work. Called several times to get someone to check on it and no one responded. Otherwise, it was a comfortable. Staff was professional too.

Hotel check in was easy and quick. Room was at the end of the hall over top the lobby which meant any noise downstairs was heard in the room which was a little annoying. Hotels on the same strip, you don’t hear the planes going by as easily but this one you can hear it well. Overall a decent one night stay.

Everything was great. Pool could use some better upkeep. Saw some ants roaming around on chairs, no clean pool towels. Staff, as always, superb.

Our TV and phone didn't work, and we called, and they said just unplug the TV and it should reset. We just gave up and went to bed.

My stay was excellent...from the day i walked in i was greeted with a smile from Chelsea on the front desk. She greeted me everyday with her contagious laugh and smile. You are truly lucky to have her.
The other person i want to comment about was Brittany from the morning breakfast. She had cookies for me everyday to take to work. No one has ever gone above and beyond like her. I enjoyed her company during breakfast every morning. This hotel is very lucky to have Chelsea and Brittany.

We paid for a two-queen suite, we got all double beds. A/C units were right next to beds so you either freeze with a/c on or sweat if you turn it off. Pull out couch had no pillows, sheets, or blankets, and seemed an inconvenience when we asked for these even though we had booked for six people so they knew we needed the pullout.

It was inconvenient that there were No pull out sheets, blanket or pillows in the room already despite a family of four booked in the room. Not enough towels were provided either.

Busy on weekend, one women in the kitchen has trouble keeping up. The eggs leave a lot to be desired.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I was only there for a quick night’s sleep after getting into the airport very late at night. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have complimentary hot breakfast before getting on the road.

It was a very good stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all the days. Saturday late night; however the fire alarm went off. We did evacuate but did not see anyone from the staff come to make sure everyone was out and safe. I suspect it was caused by one of the kids staying there. A bunch were in a soccer event.

A very comfortable stay. Clean room and comfortable beds. Staff was always friendly. Only two small issues where the water pressure in the shower was abysmal and our room location was within earshot of the lobby and we noticed a decent amount of noise throughout the night. These issues weren't big enough to put us off staying again but just something worth noting.
The complimentary hot breakfast each morning was a very nice perk.

Was a very nice quiet stay. The staff working the breakfast area in the morning was very grumpy about being understaffed and unable to get everything out that was needed.
