This is not a 7 star resort. Just off i76. Door was damaged and barely closed. If i weren't with my husband i would have been so scared. Police were there when we arrived

The parking is limited and you can’t go in from the back parking lot you have to walk all the way around

TV wasn't working and needed to be reprogrammed. Manager walked in room because she thought it was empty. Room exposed to outside parking lot because there was no privacy curtain in window. Was awakened at 3am by the front desk but did not request a wakeup call.

Overall good for the price. Nice room, nice staff, nothing too crazy.

I’ve definitely stayed in better LaQuintas. We had a king suite with five of us women playing in a softball tournament so somebody had to use the pullout sofa bed. It was filthy, the underside of the mattress looks like something died on it. The shower curtain had weird, white, stains, and the floor was not swept/clean. My bed was comfortable enough, so that was good. The breakfast was all right. There was plenty of options. I really dislike the fact that Styrofoam is used for everything. The pool and Hot Tub were nice, but parking was terrible. And quite honestly, it was a sketchy area. Froy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

I was in room 218 and could hear the guests on the floor above me. I contacted the front desk staff and requested they ask them to quiet down or move me to a new room. I think they need to replace the laminate floor with carpet for noise control. I have never experienced this before. The facility is in need of an upgrade.

Smell of marijuana in the hallway. Building is not maintained very well, incomplete repairs and poor workmanship. Staff was nice though.

There was no phone in the room. Anti-splash on facet was missing. Inconvenient from the airport The breakfast was good. The receptionist was helpful.

Nice stay, easy check in, clean property

Super quiet and not a lot of guests when we went. Our room was great. Bathroom was a little crowded and would be better of door opened to the outside since its small, but that was a minor inconvenience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and plenty of places to sit and eat. Would definitely return.

The area the property is located has a lot of construction going on. The property it self needs a lot of work and remodeling. There are drips of paint on the walls. Patches from work undone. The shower ceiling was painted to cover prior water damage. The wall near the closet the paint was chipping off from the thickness of the layers in paint. The end tables drawers were very old and outdated there was water damage on the inside. Caution to anyone with dyed colored hair. One of the managers called me while I was out and about to inform me that the stains on the towel would lead to me being charged for the towel and if I damaged the new towels being placed in the room I would he charged for those as well. He then asked if I had brought my own towel and if I didn't then he said I should. My hair is purple it stains towel. I had to buy a towel for the remainder of my stay. I tried explaining that to the manager who didn't want to hear and explanation he assumed I was dying my hair in the room and stated I would be charged for his damaged towels. If I hadnt prepaid for my stay with Expedia I would have checked out and relocated for a two star hotel to be upset over the towel was a bit ridiculous. I asked them to remove all towels from the room and make a note on my file but he declined. I returned late that night so I grabbed all th le hotel towels, wash cloths and face cloths and put them in the closet for the remainder of my stay. I used a trash bag as my bathroom mat.

We’ve stayed in 10 hotels in the last 6 weeks and 3-4 of them were La Quintas. This is the first one that charged us $50 for 2 small dogs for 1 night. Outrageous!

Room stunk of weed.

I enjoyed nearly everything at this property the staff was very friendly the breakfast was delicious the beds were very comfortable and clean, the bedding is completely White and it had a very clean smell throughout the entire hotel and they made not only myself my caregiver but also my dogs feel welcome if I can give them a hundred Stars I definitely would this will be the place that I continue to stay here from now on when I have to go into the city for doctor's appointments. I'm glad that I didn't let the reviews that I read discourage me from checking it out for myself it's very affordable what more can you ask for. There was a couple hiccups but it wasn't any fault to the management just individuals trying to enter the wrong room and they immediately realized there was somebody in the room when my dogs barked and they continued on so I don't really consider that an issue. Things happen we're all people we make mistakes no reason to complain about something as little as that but some people will take that and blow it up into a big huge thing and why because they have nothing else better to do and I think that is why most of the reviews I read were negative on this hotel. But as individuals it's just like reading a book or watching a movie you have to experience it for yourself. I myself will be returning next week.

Had problems with the people above us, they were running around until 2am. We called the manager several times and FINALLY, things quieted down. Limited breakfast, smallest La Quinta I have ever been at, it could use some updating.

Older hotel, but very clean and well kept. Cold AC!!! Comfy beds!! Many restaurants close driving distance but only a gas station within walking distance. Great friendly staff at the desk. I will definitely be staying again, close to my work.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was awesome and there was a good variety of tv channels to watch.

The stay was good. Overall good for the price. The rooms could use more towels. I booked the room to go swimming. The pool was a good temperature and it was clean. The hot tub was actually hot. I will definitely stay here again. The only bag thing was that we could hear the doors slamming all night from the other rooms.

I like the area it was easy to park we got there check in at midnight it was as very clean hotel and service front desk was very nice

The staff is very angry right at checkout time, they almost kick you out at just 11am

For what we paid, the value wasn’t there. The listing says there is a fitness center but the fitness room was full of cleaning carts. Our door handle was very wiggly, as if he had been busted before and tried to be replaced, so it didn’t feel secure. Luckily we only stayed there to sleep, not hangout or anything, otherwise we probably would’ve went somewhere a little safer. Visible stains on the curtains & bed spread.

A little run down and limited English speaking staff. Area is not unsafe but run down and feels dirty.

A/C not working and no one to repair.. booked for one day and stay with no fan/Ac
