It was lovely. The rooms are a little outdated as far as furniture, but overall was wonderful! The breakfast is wonderful, coffee all night, and the staff was beyond courteous!!!

The room had bugs in it. Our first room, the AC was SO loud that you couldn’t hear the person next to you speaking. I called and requested a new room. Unfortunately the worker at the front desk didn’t seem to care and was very annoyed that I wanted to switch rooms. We have a newborn baby and the AC woke him up everytime. We stay here often and the past 3 visits the rooms and service have really gotten terrible. We used to enjoy staying here but it’s really gotten to be bad. I should never be made to feel guilty about a dirty room and broken AC. Very disappointed

A neighboring guest smoked pot and filled the area with that smell in a non-smoking area. No one said a thing to my knowledge.
Felt like cleanliness was avg. Felt like it could have been stepped up a bit. Pool was a plus! In area for food delivery which is a plus with young children. Facility appeared to be a bit older. Could use an update. Frontdesk staff were friendly.

Room was super clean and very spacious. We were staying bc of a nearby college tour and it worked out perfectly.

Check in/check out were quick, super easy, and staff was pleasant. Room was clean and very comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast but my husband said it was just ok. Somehow the coffee was always out in the lobby and once there were no cups but those are very minor things to me. Overall stay was very good and I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area in the future.

Check in was smooth- super kind staff! Our room was not as we expected. We reserved a King but received 2 Queen beds. No biggie. The room itself was fairly clean but did have a stale odor. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better around the outside of the tub/floor. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. The pool was closed/locked which was disappointing.

Services was amazing.The man that was in the breakfast area working( i didn’t get his name) was great. He deserves a raise. He made sure the food was fresh the area stayed clean and stocked. His hospitality was superb. Your beds were so comfy. This was a last minute extended stay and it was great. Thank you for the great service.

I would stay here again, except for the fact that I awoke in the morning to the faint smell of marijuana just inside the door of my room, bathroom, and seating area (couch and table). I do not smoke nor do I care for the smell. My stay up until the morning was most excellent. I must give a special mention to the front desk staff as they were very welcoming and nice.

We had a great stay! We loved that there were 3 beds in our room, the room was quiet and clean, decent breakfast (eggs, sausage, real oatmeal, waffle maker, yogurt, bagels, etc.), and the 24-hour coffee bar had AMAZING coffee! We would definitely recommend BW Plus Suites and would stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located to ECU, restaurants, and shopping. The area of the hotel was safe and well lit. Our room was big enough to accommodate my family of 5 comfortably with the 2 queen beds and the sleeper sofa. My family enjoyed the continental breakfast. The only cons to this hotel are the bathroom door/doorknob did not lock properly and we had to ask for blankets for the sleeper sofa, which is understandable. Please beware of the racoon(s) that lurks near the large dumpster and the dog poop on the lawn near the apartments across the parking lot. Although the hotel cannot control wild life or how some pet owners lack the responsibility to clean up after their pets, I wanted to make mention of these things. I almost stepped in dog poop while trying to unload my car.

Staff very friendly plenty of grassy area for your dog nice breakfast only thing they need to be aware of is when delivery truck is blocking one exit and then cars come in that are blocking the other you can't get into the hotel.

Very clean hotel. Very accommodating, professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and best of all the food was hot!
I've stayed at this Best Western several times in the past, it has always been a Good stay. I know I will be back in the future when my plans take me to Greenville, NC.
Definitely recommend... the price is right the accommodations are clean and consistent.
