This Best Western property was a pleasant surprise as I wasn't expecting much. Besides a single hair in the tub and a noisy toilet when flushed the room and the property was clean, just superb. The staff was friendly for the most part. The AC and area were quiet. The breakfast was the nothing to brag nor complain about. Have no problem recommending or staying a this property again.

It was lovely. The rooms are a little outdated as far as furniture, but overall was wonderful! The breakfast is wonderful, coffee all night, and the staff was beyond courteous!!!

The room had bugs in it. Our first room, the AC was SO loud that you couldn’t hear the person next to you speaking. I called and requested a new room. Unfortunately the worker at the front desk didn’t seem to care and was very annoyed that I wanted to switch rooms. We have a newborn baby and the AC woke him up everytime. We stay here often and the past 3 visits the rooms and service have really gotten terrible. We used to enjoy staying here but it’s really gotten to be bad. I should never be made to feel guilty about a dirty room and broken AC. Very disappointed

The breakfast was good and the coffee all day was a plus!
When we got there I was upset because there were french fries on the floor I picked them up because we were tired! Otherwise I stay was nice and uneventful

Always have a nice stay at the best western in Greenville. I have stayed here for many years and the staff is always wonderful and the rooms are clean. They have very comfortable beds as well!

Property was clean. Good location. Staff efficient. Very comfortable beds. We met family for breakfast so we didn't eat at the hotel. It looked nice from what we could see. We were in town for a wedding. Several people we met, mentioned this hotel is where their out of town family and friends always say. We would stay here again.

Stayed a couple of nights to move my daughter into ECU. Location was great. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. We even got a phone call from the hotel around 8 pm confirming our arrival as we had not arrived yet due to the length of our trip. Nice complementary breakfast served each morning. Quiet.

A neighboring guest smoked pot and filled the area with that smell in a non-smoking area. No one said a thing to my knowledge.
Felt like cleanliness was avg. Felt like it could have been stepped up a bit. Pool was a plus! In area for food delivery which is a plus with young children. Facility appeared to be a bit older. Could use an update. Frontdesk staff were friendly.

Check in/check out were quick, super easy, and staff was pleasant. Room was clean and very comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast but my husband said it was just ok. Somehow the coffee was always out in the lobby and once there were no cups but those are very minor things to me. Overall stay was very good and I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area in the future.

Check in was smooth- super kind staff! Our room was not as we expected. We reserved a King but received 2 Queen beds. No biggie. The room itself was fairly clean but did have a stale odor. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better around the outside of the tub/floor. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. The pool was closed/locked which was disappointing.

Sufficient to my needs for a place to sleep while in town for a conference. A little out of the way from convention center and restaurants, but quiet. Easy parking.

Services was amazing.The man that was in the breakfast area working( i didn’t get his name) was great. He deserves a raise. He made sure the food was fresh the area stayed clean and stocked. His hospitality was superb. Your beds were so comfy. This was a last minute extended stay and it was great. Thank you for the great service.

I would stay here again, except for the fact that I awoke in the morning to the faint smell of marijuana just inside the door of my room, bathroom, and seating area (couch and table). I do not smoke nor do I care for the smell. My stay up until the morning was most excellent. I must give a special mention to the front desk staff as they were very welcoming and nice.
