Li at the front was fantastic he gave us the best customer service you could ask for. He made our entire stay so much better. It’s rare to get that kind of customer service. The property was clean and the rooms were really nice.

Nice property with convenient amenities and good location to visit Florida Keys for a couple of days.

I love the Hotel, the food was great the personal was excellent the pool and the bar was wonderful (Dana and Troy the best) the only problem was we were on vacation and couldn’t sleep very well because of the dog barking at 5 am and at night too

We checked in at 8 after a day trip, the hotel was misleading on the details, it’s only 2 floors. Still a nice hotel but didn’t see the deposit info. Irregardless I know that Hampton inn is a good hotel brand for the most part. But our king bed with balcony room was clearly used and not cleaned. There were spots on the comforter, socks, yellow stains on pillows and the bed was unmade. As well as a key card by the curtains on the floor. Front desk offered new sheets or to call Expedia for a refund. and after my husband came in he put us in an another room 2 queens with a loud noisy ac unit and 2 white pills on the floor( I threw them away) but something is fishy with housekeeping I would assume. I’m Saiting to hear from hotels.com or a manager regarding a refund or partial credit/ since we couldn’t get to another hotel by the time it was 10, we’re up leaving early and will get another room at a diffeeent hotel tonight

Nice pool, excellent breakfast options, nice rooms. Well worth it. Central Keys location, can see everything with a short drive.

Always a great stay. Nice to be able to park your boat trailer on site and to enjoy a nice hot breakfast before getting out on the water.

A bit of a moldy smell

The staff at the hotel was extremely kind and accommodating. Upon arrival, we noticed an odor in the room, but we thought it was something that would dissipate once we were settled in the room. It did not, and the next morning we went to the front desk and explained our dilemma as my daughter was to breathe through her nose, and all of us were having issues with our sinuses. The lady at the front desk told us that while we were gone, she would send in cleaners and a machine to ionize the air. We were gone the entire day, and when we got back, it seemed for the most part that the odor was gone. We didn’t really have any other issues for the rest of the week. They do allow pets in this hotel, which I am totally fine with, but I think from now on, I will request a room that does not allow pets as I feel that the odor in that particular room may have been dog urine. We only had the breakfast two of the seven days we were there, but it was great. The pool area was clean and there was plenty of seating and towels. The pool water itself was probably 85 to 90°. Not refreshing but clean.

Property is decent , first room was given to us was disgusting, mold and rust everywhere, went to speak to front desk,they exchanged to better cleaner room , property is nice, pool is awesome ,needs longer hours of operation for the pool, most days we just got back to the hotel at 9, pool closses at 10, should be at least 11, people are on vacation. Front desk guy was helpful!

Pool area needs improvement

This was a great place to stay for the price.

Room wasn't cleaned properly, makeup on the mirrors from prior guest, toilet running, mole on bathroom fan ceiling, tv remote inly turned on tv breakfast eggs had a after flavor and potatoes was just nasty. Staff is good and welcoming, evening front desk Li was super nice and explained everything there was to know

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Very good breakfast. the pool and amenities around were good for different ages, kids and teens. Plenty of parking. Free laundry. Across the street there is a very good restaurant. down side the bathtub was not clean as expected and was some humidity odor. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

The bar was great. The room needs another lamp. There are two desks in the room and only one of them gets a light. Room is dark. If I go there again I’ll bring a desk lamp. Workers very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
