DO NOT STAY HERE! I arrived a day late due to car trouble on the way and they refused to refund me for one of the two nights I booked. I only stayed one night, upon arrival we pulled out the bed couch and it had covers on it from the previous guest. I was told that housekeeping wasn't there and they could bring me more covers. Then we discovered dirty socks behind the television and basically we were put off again. This is the WORSE hotel we've ever been to and I will never return. Customer service was the worse as well.

hotel was ok. I liked that the bathroom had liquid soap near the sink and a night light.
I thought it was strange that there was plastic on the bottom mattress. Looks like they didn't remove it.

We were on the first floor, and every time we turned on the heater unit, a bad mold smell came out. Also, the walls between the rooms were very thin noise-wise, at least on the first floor.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The floor of the room was wet like you could feel it if you were barefooted. The room smelled horrible like must like the carpet had been wet for a while. Had I had another option I would have left but everything was sold out. I will say the front desk person did her best by bringing in a fan to try and dry the carpet and spraying a whole can of febreeze but outside of her it was a horrible experience.

I enjoyed my stay overall. Quiet. Good AC in the room. Breakfast was good each day. Front desk staff were nice and friendly. I would recommend! Close to PNC Pavilion. Concord Mills. Motor Speedway.

We absolutely loved our stay. We traveled with a group of students for an event at Charlotte Speedway and the staff was AMAZING!
They helped us check in early. Always greeted with a smile. The rooms were super clean, spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and the best Ive seen in a long time. Such a sweet lady in charge of the breakfast buffet.
Receptionist was super nice and sweet.
They have social hour Monday to Friday at 5pm. Drinks and snacks.
We used the lobby to set up students projects and the staff was super accommodating and friendly.
Definitely recommend this place. Will stay again when we return to nationals!

The entire staff was very nice and accommodating, especially the front desk and housekeeping. They went above and beyond as we had some unforeseen family circumstances arise and they handled everything with empathy and kindness. We would highly recommend. Thank you!

Family of 5. We needed a cot, it was delivered but we were told that they didn’t have anymore pillows left so we would have to use the very small ones on the bed and there were only 4. Also, the air in the living space wasn’t working and made awful noise when it would turn on.
I will say, the lobby area was very clean, the room wasn’t bad either. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good too.

Perfect location, excellent facility. Clean, very quiet, great breakfast. Best shower we've ever had in a hotel. Directly across the road from a beautiful greenway walking trail and the Weddington Road Bark Park, which made our weary traveler yellow lab very happy!
Only issue was there's no vent in the bathroom, so the fire alarm went off every time we showered, even with the bedroom ceiling fan on. Fortunately, no sprinklers came on!
