It is a beautiful hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The food and service is second to none. This was my first time staying and I am already planning to return.

The Ballygarry hotel and spa in Tralee is a stunning hotel in its style and elegance. We stayed here two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are wonderfully appointed with large comfy beds, large bathrooms, large TV, room darkening curtains and plush carpeting to keep sounds to a minimum. The hotel halls are unique in that there are sitting rooms along the halls that add to the ambience as well as all of the added fabrics helping to create a silent space.
We ate in both restaurants for 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. Service was absolutely perfect with kind and efficient staff who made every request happen with a smile. We wish we could have used the bikes for a short ride but time and the weather did not cooperate. We did head out to the single peninsula on our one full day there and the location was ideal for getting there and back quickly. We would return here for sure if we come back as it’s a perfect hotel.
One general comment about not only this hotel but really all the areas we visited in Ireland is that we found the Irish to be wonderful people, kind and attentive, and truly hospitable in all respects. The people here have left a very positive lasting impression on our whole family.

It was a wonderful experience, all the staff are warm and friendly, the decor in the hotel is second to none, I will stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Couldn't fault a single thing. Staff all so nice and want your stay to be memorable. Night porter had to leave me out late to collect my daughter and knew I'd be back in a half hour and was even watching out for us offering us tea or coffee. The manager brought our breakfast to the room in the morning and the reception was lovely along with the Spa staff. 100%. We will be back.

We were just passing through on the way to Doonbeg, so it was a good spot to jump back on the highway. Really nice property and the sauna/steam room were amazing after a chilly day on the course. Food was great and the staff were super friendly. Would stay here again.

We loved the room and the staff were topnotch. Didn't like that there wasn't air conditioning and/or fans for each room. It was warm in the room.
Having said that, after being told there weren't any fans available for our use in the room, a staff member (Harry, I believe was his name), offered to go to his house and brought us a fan from his home that we used for 2 days during our stay. Topnotch! Thank you again Harry!

Were upgraded to the bridal suite upon arrival. Room was spacious and comfortable. Tv is a smart tv and allows use of Netflix, etc. breakfast was complimentary and delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating and even delivered a small mini fridge to the room for our stay.

Fabulous time at the Ballygarry hotel. From the moment we arrived, staff could not do enogh for us. From arrival in the piring rain where a lovely young lad arrived to the car with an umbrella to help in any way, from reception to the staff in the Brasserie and the bar, they could not have been friendlier! Great rooms, spotlessly clean. The following day in the restaurant, had a beautiful breakfast and special graduation lunch where extra little touches for the graduate made it a special day....such attention throughout the lunch - unreal. Great chats with the friendly concierge too! Thank you to all, we will be back!!! Highly recommend, next time will defo make time for the Spa!

Great hotel, no ac but we were provided with a fan. Rooms are spacious, we had a superior room. Gorgeous grounds. Not happy we were unable to have dinner at the restaurant as it's closed during the week.

I decided to stay at this hotel for a short break with my husband as I had previously attended weddings there and gotten a very good impression of it. Our bedroom was lovely, it wasn't huge but it was very comfortable and the decor was really attractive. The bathroom was very large and had a separate shower and bathtub as well as great light for applying makeup. We were delighted to be able to eat dinner outside in a lovely enclosed patio with heaters and good airflow. The food is on the traditional side but the quality is high. In the morning we had hoped to be able to eat breakfast outside because but the patio wasn't open. The staff went out of their way to help us though by organizing impromptu room service for us. The gardens are lovely and on a good day they make a wonderful spot to relax and look at the beautiful country around the hotel.

A wonderful few days spend at this hidden gem.From the moment we entered the foyer we felt welcomed and relaxed. COVID hygiene was to the fore at all times with hand sanitation available everywhere. Spotless in every way. Staff absolutely A1. Well trained and perfect in appearance. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere and this makes for a relaxed ambiance. Food lovely. Ideal hotel for exploring beautiful Sandy beaches and woodland walks. This hotel will not disappoint. Looking forward to many returns to BallygarryHotel in the near future.

I am lucky to be well travelled and so have encountered numerous types of accommodation over the years. By far, Ballygarry Hotel and Spa is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From my first step in the door to the final departure, I could not find one single flaw. The entire experience was enhanced by all of the staff who made us feel like they already knew us without being imposing. Every day we were greeted and recognised and treated with the best service, highest quality food, and most comfortable environment possible. The rooms are outstanding and the whole ambiance is incredibly relaxing. All of this at a very reasonable price, the value for money was outstanding. We have been raving about the hotel since we left and will definitely return. Thank you for the wonderful experience
