Beautiful room and excellent breakfast choices and food!

All good!

Breakfast was good, no particular aspect that made it any different to what you would expect. It would probably be better value wise and experience wise to go room only and have breakfast outside, especially given the cost to the stay of adding on the breakfast option,

I was the third person in the dining room at 8.05am for breakfast. The person who took my order (she appeared to be the main staff member running the breakfast service) asked if I wanted tea or coffee. several minutes later she was receiving more guests and asking them if they wanted tea or coffee and taking their breakfast orders. I tried to get her attention but she was busy. I decided to go up and ask another waitress who appeared on the floor if I could get a pot of tea. At that point the first waitress looked directly at me. She came down a minute later with the tea and said'...you're a little impatient this morning...' I was embarrassed but just past a remark,...'oh I need my tea in the morning'.... I noticed she had to ask one guest to remind her again whether it was tea or coffee she wanted. Overall I felt she was creating pressure where there was no need. The guests who came in after me had no sooner sat down when she was taking their orders. Her timing just seemed too rushed.

Great staff - all very helpful. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Quiet corridors at night time. Breakfast is lovely - a huge choice.

Rooms were quiet,clean well maintained.

Breakfast was nice with selection. The fry for me didn't really rate itself..it was ok just I felt. Other than that it was all good.

Unfortunately our mattress was uncomfortable That may have been just unlucky for us . And the pool area is very dated and old , looks like it could do with good clean , but rest of hotel spotless

The reception insisted on taking a payment when I knew I had already paid booking.com and could prove the transaction on my bank account. It ended up as a double payment and I have still not been refunded the full amount.

Comfortable walking distance from town centre. Decor is just gorgeous-exactly like the photos online.

Tv and voices from the adjacent room were clearly audible- thank goodness they were good neighbours otherwise it would have proven very difficult.

Fantastic accommodation,staff,food and rooms were amazing. Loved my stay here and definitely will be back again very soon.

Nicely decorated, big comfortable bed with spare blanket. Iron + ironing board, hairdryer. Plenty of storage space.

it was my friends birthday, the receptionist dropped up a complimentary bottle of wine to the room..it was a lovely stay..Will definitely be booking again

The bed that's all everything else was a let down

when arrived at the hotel they basically looked down on me i booked my stay on my card and then they asked me to hand over 400 cash deposit if I didn't have cash they were prepared to leave me stranded in the middle off killareney discrafull ol never stay there again I will be going further bout this I asked for the terms and condition and they would not provide me with it as they no its illegal to ask for a double payment

our room 208 was very hot we opened the windows but it was quite stifling a standing Fan was in the room so I would say that they already were alerted to the situation but I felt the hotel should not need a fan in the room the temp should not be uncomfortable in r the first place
