The bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast offered everything. Food was fresh and delicious! Our only complaint was our room/carpet smelled a little musty... I put an airfreshner clip on the ac and it helped a little.

This was just a one night stay, for my drive back home. I needed a dog friendly place. There was plenty of room to take my 50 lb dog to do her business. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. This place isn’t fancy, but it is exactly what I needed. And I felt very safe here.

The hotel was very clean. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable of the area and made sure our stay was great.

The room was clean with nice bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful. The environment was safe. Location was excellent. Ample parking. One thing that left an impression on us: the water pressure in the shower. It was like a car wash and it did wonders in keeping us clean!!! Good breakfast.

Parking is very tight and getting out on the main strip was a little tricky. Beds were very uncomfortable. Unless your personal preference is super soft and lumpy. This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge…it is VERY commercialized. Felt like the main strip at Myrtle Beach.

This is a good value property I only negative and the reason for four stars instead of five was that the mattress was uncomfortable. La Quinta Inn as always allowed pets for free and now there is a $25 charge for pets. I didn’t like that either.

Very good choice. Ample sized rooms with fairly comfortable seating furniture but very comfortable bed. Nice location although hidden behind some commercial properties but relatively easy access to all of Pigeon Forge and the surrounding areas. Great decision for the price.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice every time we ran into them. Only 2 things I didn't prefer & it's minor, is that the room was a little darker than I prefer. A brighter light would be nice. And the tp was a little cheap and not the softest. I guess for the price of the stay I thought it might be a little better. But the room was nice and updated and the bathroom was nice and bright and the shower was great! I would stay here again.

I will never stay here again. The first room I was assigned had a wet smell as if there was mold/mildew. I was then assigned to another room which smelled just like corn chips. After being put in a 3rd room which also smell unpleasant, I just decided to check out. I know this is not the best hotel and I have stayed here in the past so my expectations weren't unreasonably high. But I was expecting to get a decent room where I could comfortably breathe.
